We just had dinner there. We encountered some positive points such as the decoration of the restaurant, the taste of the soup base, the noodles felt authentic. However, the wait was quite long (but we give it to the fact that the restaurant just opened), the lamb was definitely those you find in Asian supermarket from the frozen section (those rolled ones in plastic containers which I often buy and know the taste and texture by heart) and the biggest disappointment is the service. We saw the waiter bringing a tray of drinks to the table right next to ours and telling them it was on the house because of their recent opening. However, when we asked for water, they told us that they do not provide tab water so they brought bottles of water instead (total of CHF 20 water alone). We were charged for our drinks and not been offered anything on the house. The table next to us had full table service such as the waiter putting food into their hot pot, we were left to do it ourselves. I believe that if you're going to offer some level of service (whether it is about offering drinks on the house or table service), it should be equal to all customers in the restaurant or at least offered to the customers and it's up to the customers to turn it down.

This place is so popular that it took forever to finally confirm a reservation. But... halfway through our meal, the power went out, leaving us in complete darkness. Our hotpot experience suddenly turned into a candlelit dinner. It was honestly a bit funny and surprising to have hotpot like this for the first time. The manager later explained that they had to crank up the air conditioning to keep everyone cool, which caused the power outage. Just as the lights came back on, the power tripped again in less than 10 minutes. It was really frustrating to have such an interrupted meal. However, the owner’s repeated apologies and complimentary dishes did help ease our frustration. I sincerely hope they can fix the electrical issues soon because I just want to enjoy a hotpot meal without interruptions. That being said, the flavor of the hotpot is unbeatable. As someone from Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan, I can say we know our hotpot, and this place nails it. The tofu rolls soaked in spicy broth had me in tears—literally. I’m already craving a second visit. It's addictive!

This place is pretty legit. As far as Chongqing 火锅 goes, it gets about as near as you can. The ingredients were all fresh and well-prepped. Our group did the three-flavor pot (broth, tomato-based, chili oil). Two observations- I personally think the fruit selection could expand a bit; as well the “noodled” potatoes, once cooked, tended to break off into tiny bits. First time I’ve seen this presentation with the potatoes. The style of the restaurant is very well done, some tight corners- namely near the sauce area, but each table felt to its own. For any new comers- quail eggs test your chopstick talent, and lotus root is always a must-order, but takes longest to cook so put them in first.

The food at this Chinese hotpot restaurant was good, but the service was a complete letdown. Our experience started poorly when they lost our order and only realised after we followed up three times. While they did offer a bottle of rosé as compensation, the damage was done—we waited two hours before being served.

To make matters worse, the staff didn’t clear the table properly despite multiple requests. We were a group of seven, so the table was cluttered with dishes for most of the meal. They only removed a few plates after we insisted. Additionally, the tables were dripping with condensation from the hotpot, leaving the floor wet and our feet uncomfortably soaked.

The portions were also surprisingly small for the price, and several menu items were crossed off. To make matters worse, a few of the dishes we wanted to order were unavailable. Ordering was another hassle—we had to get up and walk to the counter to request anything because the servers wouldn’t come to the back of the restaurant. Communication was challenging, as two out of four servers didn’t speak French and had limited English.

Overall, despite the good food, the lack of professionalism, limited menu, and basic service made the evening unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless the management addresses these serious...

Amazing Experience at a Chinese Restaurant – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Chinese restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is beautifully designed — elegant, cozy, and perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. Soft lighting, tasteful décor, and relaxing background music made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely outstanding! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. From the delicious dumplings to the perfectly cooked stir-fry and aromatic noodle dishes, everything we tried was a delight. What truly made the evening special, though, was the impeccable service. Our waiter, Sebastian, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and Sebastian made a lasting impression on us. Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem and definitely worth visiting. Great food, lovely ambiance, and exceptional service — what more could...
