First of all we decided to go to a Japanese restaurant but unfortunately it closed so we had to go to this Chinese restaurant. We ordered 3 bowl of rice but we wait for like 30 minutes and they only gave us it after we asked for like 2 times. The waitress doesn’t know how to speak English AT ALL. Fortunately we know some Chinese or we wouldn’t able to communicate at all. The portions of the food were so little. The sweet and sour pork only has like 9 pork in total. Our friend’s daughter (5years old) doesn’t even eat enough so we had to go to coop to get more food for her! The portions were just too little and overpriced. When the waiter put the plate down , the plate literally hit my hand like my hand was literally in the middle under the plate ! The waitress doesn’t even say sorry to me she only said “excuse me” in a kind of sarcastic way. This restaurant might work in china or somewhere else but definitely not for an English or German speaking country. This was one of my worst experiences. All of the cold dishes that we ordered wasn’t even cold it was like warm. I’m pretty sure it’s been left in the kitchen after making it. Like literally what cold dish would be warm???? This is too frustrating! The rice literally RAN OUT when we were ordering our fourth one! The restaurant didn’t even have that many people in it! Some of the dishes were so salty that we had to finish our cola before we even got the rice. The waitress was smirking at us when she was walking . That is super weird! We spent approximately 54CHF each person and the food wasn’t even that much portion. First of all the owner was super rude to us the hospitality is horrible. Like all the other comments i read, people are saying they are rude which is so true I can confirm. The workers there only favour the Chinese clients… The owner was out laughing and smiling with the Chinese clients but she’s extra rude to us.
Second, we reserved a table through “TheFork” which grant us 20% discount. As the owner was aware of this she increased our 1L still water to 10 CHF which she scammed us. She increase the price of the water to remove our discount or even make us pay more…..
Third, she brags about how her sauce is “special” and it costs 3CHF ok…. I’ll pay 3CHF not a problem but when I was taking my sauce she kept looking at me as if I was robbing her and she was thinking of charging us 6 CHF but only 1 of us is taking the sauce. “the sauce has nothing special”
Fourth, the waitress there speaks 0 french or English. There is 0 communication, I understand if you are weak in french language, but if you don’t know English too….

The spicy soup and non spicy soup are way too clear with very little taste, I have many Chinese friends and we eat a lot hot pot in France and Spain, frankly speaking this restaurant is the worst so far, not mentioning we have waited for 45 mins, plates we have ordered are the usual stuff, frozen beef and lamp rolls and some veggies, none of the dishes require “ cooking”, so we were quite confused because we have never waited that long in any hot pot restaurants. In the end we asked the bill, it came quickly at last, however the owner told us that something wrong with their pos machine so we have to go out to take cash, this is really outrageous, we asked the owner why didn’t he tell us to take cash while we were waiting for nearly 50 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!
