Once again I decided to go to eat at KFC at the airport, this time with my wife, to continue having a nice day. But, this time as several times before, the clerk who obviously I don't know where she is from, but apparently she is from India, once again disrespected me. I say once again why previously with my family we were going to eat a delicious broaster chicken, but anyway the employee decides to be rude, rude, not serve you and completely ignore you and if she serves you at the time of giving you the order she throws it at you as if it didn't matter to her at all. To the point. Yesterday 05/09/24 my wife and I wanted to go eat KFC, we placed our order, I say to the Manager: "it's to take away." (She serves me correctly at this point). I wait for my order to be finished. The time comes to pick up my order and that's where the woman (who I don't know where she's from) gives it to me (she seems to be from India, I say that because I obviously don't know her name)... The order was marked as being to "eat here" and I received it to go, which was wrong. That wasn't the problem, nor was it that they didn't put napkins or cutlery... but I kindly told the woman: excuse me. (She completely ignored me after listening to me and looking at me) I repeat: excuse me. The order is not to take away. It's to eat here. The woman's response was not words, but she directly picked up the bag and a tray and placed it on top. A woman with zero desire to do her job well! In order not to argue, I left disappointed and upset, picking up the bag and leaving the tray. She didn't even take the time to apologize, much less take the things out of the bag and place them on the tray "acknowledging her mistake." Nothing! I'm going to sit down to eat with my wife. The food, what can I say about that cold, watery and stiff chicken!?... watery and cold potatoes and a puree that I asked for with sauce and they gave me without sauce. I went to speak to the Manager, who didn't give much importance to what I was complaining about and I only received an "apology" from her. While the bad woman who gave me the order, apart from throwing it at me, at that moment when I complained, she literally laughed in front of me. Shameless! 30CHF thrown in the trash for buying food that wouldn't even be good for a starving person and a ruined afternoon! And not to mention that the first attempt to order was on the machine, they swiped the card and it gave me an error (it hadn't been charged) however it arrived home and KFC charged my bank. From the supposed wrong order. Be careful with that! I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it! All this happened yesterday Thursday 05/09/24 at 4:10 p.m. at KFC...

I would like to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which unfortunately left me quite disappointed — both with the customer service and the accuracy of my order.
I initially ordered 16 hot wings and two Zinger burgers with meals to eat in the restaurant. Later, I placed an additional takeaway order, which included a KFC Deal Meal and a Crispy Chicken Burger with a meal.
Since the 16 hot wings were too much for me and my friends to finish, we decided to take the remaining wings with us along with the takeaway order. I approached the manager and politely asked if it was possible to include the leftover wings with the takeaway bag. Unfortunately, his initial response was very loud and aggressive — he told me it was not possible in a rude tone. I felt very uncomfortable with how he spoke to me.
After explaining my request again, he finally agreed to pack the wings with the rest of my takeaway items. I thanked him for that.
About 10 minutes later, I received my order, left the restaurant, and went home. However, when I opened the bags, I realized that:
The leftover chicken wings were not included, despite the manager’s confirmation. The KFC Dealbox was incomplete — it was supposed to include 3 chicken wings and 2 crispy chicken, but instead, I received only some chicken wings. I didn’t check the order at the restaurant because I trusted the staff to pack it correctly after our conversation. But now, I regret not doing so.
This experience was disappointing not only because of the incorrect items but also due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better customer service and accuracy in future orders.

Called up the manager who told me he will send me a voucher after he comes back from his holliday. One mth later, I recieved expired voucher for Chf 40. - last year. Since I asked him to resend me voucher with no expire date cauz I don't live it Zurich & it cost me over Chf 50 just for train to come to Kfc & I don't want to travel all that way only to be told sorry we don't accept expired vouchers!!!
