We are non-smokers but the restaurant smells strong of cigarettes. Gave me a big headache.
My children ordered beef as main course (2 orders). We asked them to start eating so their food doesn’t get cold. Rest of 5 other main courses was finally served after 25 mins, and my kids have already finished their food.
My tagliatelle is unmemorable. But my kids said the beef is cooked really well, just right. Portion sizes are tiny through and through.
Service was unimpressive. Our table was served by a lady with dark long hair (no name tag). She was very abrupt the way she responded to us in English, to the effect of being rude. We asked for English menu she gave a simple “No” as answer. After 5 mins she came back to the table and she asked if she can explain the German menu to us, and I said yes as we were struggling with Google translate. The only thing she would explain is how their two course and three course menu works. When I asked her if she could also explain the food menu, she said again No, that I cannot do, I have so many tables to wait 🤷🏻♀️. Really bizarre attitude. Thanks for making us feel like we’re giving her too much work. (Picture below shows only 6 main course items to be explained but that’s too inconvenient)
I wish the restaurant will hire either happier staff or give better training on customer service. For the prices you charge, if you can’t offer better food, at least a better experience, guests will be...
Read moreWe had our team Christmas dinner at Daniele on 12 December, and everything was exceptional! Danielle, the owner, prepared a beautifully set long table for our group of 16 in the center of the restaurant. The attention to detail was outstanding.
The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was perfect. The waitstaff were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening.
We had an amazing time and truly appreciate the effort and hospitality. A big thank you to Danielle and his team for making our evening so special! Highly...
