I can see why so many people said a reservation is needed but my husband and I decided to try our luck anyway. We arrived at 5.35pm on a Tuesday, shortly after they started dinner service and it was alright. There were quite a few tables. By the time we left though (6.30pm), the place was filled! The food is great. Hub had a glass of red wine and I had limone sparkling water and we had “The Taster” which was a sharing platter for 2. It was way too much food for the 2 of us. Back home in Singapore, 2 of us would have shared the burger and a side and that’s it. There was a burger, steak, bacon, onion rings and fries. I’m not a big fan of onion rings but I liked theirs - it was crispy and not too strong on the onion taste. Our favorite was the steak. It was tender with an amazing buffalo sauce (it wasn’t very spicy). In the end we left most of the fries, bacon and parts of the burger bun untouched. It was a great meal nonetheless. Love the service here so we left some tips on the table too. Our final bill was close to 70 francs for 2 pax.

We had a great dinner here. I read the reviews before hand and several people mentioned that the burgers tasted like they had pork in them. I think it’s a results of grinding the meat down very fine which results in their burgers having “sausage-like” texture. To me this was not negative thing. I asked for my burger to be well-done and it was cooked through as I asked. Also, based on the reviews I asked for the wolf sauce on the side instead of on my burger. I would recommend doing this. The sauce was great, but because it’s smokey and bold it’s better in small quantities so you can enjoy the other flavors. The bun was good and fresh. My only suggestion would be to change how they serve the fries. By putting them in the cup this way they get soggy from the condensation. But otherwise the sweet potato fries were good too. The service was very friendly. All in all, it was a good experience.

Went out of our way to visit this place and glad we did. Started off with the Wolf Salad and Wolf dressing to share and it was really good. Both of us did the Wolf filet steaks and they where awesome/excellent. Steak was juicy, tasty, easy to eat and cooked perfectly. They put there own butter/spice recipe on top and it adds a unique and really good flavor to a perfect steak. We started chatting to the table next to us that all got burgers and all 4 of them loved their burgers. We interacted with 4 different service people and all. One suggestion would be if they could offer a baked potato option. No worries we had no problem eating all of the fries instead- ha. The Wine was great too. We usually visit Luzern on our last days of our Swiss trips and we will make sure to go back to eat here again!

The staff was very nice mostly.. but the food wasn't so good, the hot and chessy natchos was amazing 5/5, but the burger was bad ... although the bun was soft, the asked me if I wanted light or dark bun? I choose the dark is in (all wheat, instead I got a colored black bun) i choose the truffle burger the patty was dry and so thick I can't fit it in my mouth...👎🏼 my partner had the light bun (cheese burger) and we asked them to remove the bacon and they did but I rated 4 stars for service because we was the first costumers but they serviced many people burgers before us... and lastly it was good but I wish they can add more fats to the burger so it can be juicy ..

We couldn’t get a table without a reservation, so we waited until we were back a few weeks later. Had to wait about 45 mins to get a table on a Wednesday night, but so many people told us it was worth the wait. Well, I think this place was really really great, but not quite worth waiting and the prices are way too high. The beef on the burgers were good but not out of this world as you’d assume for the price. The Mac & cheese, however, was divine! Very nice selection of local beers as well. Overall I think this place is worth the visit, but be prepared to spend more than you think and make a reservation.

i was walking around luzern and stumbled upon this restaurant accidentally, but i am sooo glad i found it! the inside of the restaurant was very chill and relaxed, with most people enjoying the outdoor seating. the service was amazing, as everyone was very friendly and helpful. however, the food was the star of the show. these buffalo spare ribs were some of the best i’ve ever had and i’m already craving them again! they were literally falling off the bone and so flavorful. do yourself a favor and make plans to eat here if you’re in luzern.
