Migros-Supermarkt - Luzern - Bahnhof — Local services in Lucerne

I had a very disappointing experience at the Migros supermarket on 1 January 2025 around 6:30 PM. I went to Migros to buy groceries, and the total bill was 15.20 CHF. I handed the cashier with a 20 CHF note (the red note), but since I'm a tourist and am not very familiar with the currency, I pulled out some coins and asked if she could help to pick out the 0.20 CHF. Instead, I saw her took a 5 CHF coin together with another coin which I presumed to be a 0.20 CHF coin.

Afterwards, I politely informed the cashier in English that I had paid a total of 25.20 CHF and was expecting 10 CHF in change. However, she and her colleague began speaking in their own language, which I couldn’t understand. Despite my attempts to explain, the cashier insisted that I had only given her 15.20 CHF, which was incorrect. She became quite aggressive, raising her voice and continuing to speak in their language, leaving me feeling disrespected and ignored.

Being in a state of panic and unable to resolve the situation or get any help, I had no choice but to leave the store without my change. When I returned to my hotel and counted my cash, I realized I was missing 10 CHF. It confirms my story that I have indeed paid 25.20 CHF note, which was 10 CHF above the the actual bill which should have been 15.20 CHF.

Better call this Mi-Gross.. Bought some fruits and milk around 9.30 pm. The bill was way higher than expected. The lady (fat and ugly) in the counter refused to produce bill. Im 1 Stock sind die nötigsten Elektrogeräte untergebracht. Im Erdgeschoss ist vom Parkplatz bequem die reichliche grosse Auswahl Esswaren Abteilung zu erreichen. Die Gartenabteilung und doit yur self ist übersichtlich klein . Ok es wird immer mehr bequem im Internet eingekauft.Die m2 kosten. Aber ich möchte immer noch ein Gerät oder Stuhl Vorort ansehen.
