Die Kneipe — Restaurant in Lucerne

My wife and I absolutely loved Die Kneipe so much that we went there back-to-back nights. We think this is the best pizza we have ever had. The service from our waitress Mary was fantastic. She recommend the Burata pizza the first night, and she recommended the Burata pizza with nduja sausage substituted onto the Burata pizza the second night. She was correct on both accounts! My wife and I also enjoyed the Mascarpone pizza the second night we went. We also had great beer, cocktails, and many laughs. The ambiance was welcoming and fun. The owner Mahir came and talked to us both nights! He was so kind and generous. You could tell he not only really cared about high quality food but also showing kindness to his customers! We wish we lived here and could eat here more! We look forward to traveling back to Lucern and returning...

Honestly no regrets coming here cause the vibes from Mahir and his team was just so welcoming. I got the Tuna Pizza (Tonno) and it was so good! If you like tuna, please DO get it. It goes so well with the chilli oil sauce, I had asked for seconds for the chilli cause I love it! The Gnocci was so soft, chewy and delicious! I would also like to give a shout out to the blonde (with a rasta) waitress cause she was really checking up on us and making sure we were well attended to. I arrived in Luzern at approximately 2200 hours from a 24 hour travel day. I walked past the door at nearly 2230 and was invited in like I was a family member. They closed for the night and the employees were eating together; they said they would fire up the oven and cook for my group.
