Pacifico delivers something for everyone, as I wanted an upscale fun feel, my wife, wanted great food while my teenager wanted non-swiss food. This is a more upscale approach to Mexican food which was fantastically prepared. At first, we thought the service was going to be poor but our server had been double-sat and apologized for our initial wait. Although she was busy, she made us feel like family, was very humourous, and sincerely wanted to ensure we had a great experience not only at the restaurant but while in Luzerne.
They have fantastic mojitos. Having sampled this classic drink all across the world this was perfectly balanced in flavor. I returned to Mojito Monday for $12 CF and sampled a couple of other versions of their classic which were all great.

This person never checked to see if our food was Ok; never asked if we wanted any additional drinks, etc. She was more concerned with everyone else on the floor; running past our table multiple times never stopping at ours. I had to go to the bar and order another drink because if I had waited for her it would’ve been Christmas. There was another server whose name that I didn’t get who ended up getting my additional drink. She was very attentive; very sweet and saved the evening. Thank you whoever you were/you certainly are a sweetheart and an asset to the establishment. In summation, food’s OKAY, Margaritas are awesome and HOLCA...
