McDonald’s — Restaurant in Montreux

Pretty standard McDonald's and pretty standard Switzerland pricing. The nice thing about this location is the ample indoor and outdoor seating. You can easily enjoy the boardwalk area and people watching while enjoying your meal. Someone will bring your food to you or you can wait by the counter to pick it up yourself. The conditions are the worst. Outside tables are full of pigeons and the tables are covered with there **. There is a choice that you can order a CHEESEBURGER without BURGER. If you do order two cheeseburgers without a burger and a medium Sprite by mistake which costs 10,50€ you can't just ask for tow beefs but you have to order tow beefs that costs 6+€. Je passe une grosse commande sur Smood (commande FAA-6346 / total= 174,20chf) et j'appelle le MacDo de Montreux avant la livraison pour demander de veiller à ce que ma commande soit complète. Cependant, la dame au téléphone me demande de contacter Smood pour obtenir un remboursement.Elle est très impatiente et semble vouloir me raccrocher au nez sans vraiment chercher à comprendre ma situation.

C'est leur responsabilité de gérer les articles achetés, mais je comprends qu'ils manquent peut-être de capacité, de motivation ou d'intérêt, ou que la pression et le manque de temps rendent cela difficile, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de traiter près de 20 articles dans le même commande.J'ai donc appelé pour offrir mon aide, mais même cela semble hors de portée pour eux, car ils n'ont pas les moyens de comprendre. Donc la dame a une réponse automatique, et c'est peut-être la seule qu'elle ait réussi à retenir: «  contactez Smood pour une remboursement ». C'est regrettable que cette dame soit contrainte/ « obligé « de travailler chez McDonald's, car elle n'apprécie pas son emploi et cela a tendance à effrayer...
