Very nice place to go for an authentic GELATO, my girlfriend and I always go when we are around Thun and we always enjoy the experience. You have two locations of the place one before the bridge that connect with old town and castle zone and the other one at the promenade of the town before the bridge. Lots of choices of flavors and prices ok. Maybe one of the best Ice creams that I try in Switzerland. The service is also very efficient and fast, they know what they are doing. Es fängt damit an, dass man an die Theke kommt und man nicht beachtet wird. Die Dame putzt an der Theke rum und lässt di Kundschaft warten. Dann bestellt man einen Milchshake (die Hälfte der Glacen schon leer um 19.45) und bezahlt für diesen 8.—, was total überrissen ist. Wenn er dann wenigstens gut wäre, schaut man an so einem warmen Tag darüber weg. Aber nein, ich hatte einfach einen Becher Milch ohne wirklich Eis im Geschmack zu spüren und für das habe ich 3 x 8.— bezahlt. Mieserable Qualität und sehr unfreundliche unmotivierte Bedienung.

Es war Vanille Glace mit Milch. Wenn ich nur Milch spüre und kein Vanille, ist eindeutig die Mischung nicht korrekt. Meine Kinder hatten bereits nach den ersten Schlücken keine Lust mehr weiterzutrinken. Dazu kommt, wie oben beschrieben, dass man froh sein musste, dass man besient wurde.
