Mezzé & Co — Restaurant in Vevey

We went there at lunch time on a week day but first of all the food took over 40 minutes to arrive! Others who arrived after us or who were taking away were served before us. Then the food finally came, we had a Shawarma each and some falafel to share. The Shawarma was very very very dry even with the garlic sauce, which they forgot to put on one of the plates by the way. The sandwich came with potatoes which were ok but they also forgot to add some sauce over it on one of the plates! And finally we asked for the bill and they brought the wrong one. Would you think they would offer the drinks or offer a coffee to make up for all the setbacks, of course not! Even if the falafels were good and they seemed nice, I will definitely not return due to the lack of professional and the overall...

Being lebanese and having tried every available shawarma around vd/gva, this definitly rates amongst the worst.. it is incredibly dry, simply unswallowable, even though i asked for a sandwich with extra sauce!! Service was terribly unprofessional, I had asked in addition to my sandwich a chicken skewer with non spicy fries for my daughter, and got instead another wrapped sandwich with spicy fries on the side!! Solution, just take out the 4 pieces of chicken out of the sandwich and still pay 12 chf for them! unless they fix their sandwich and service, unfortunately I wont go...

The food was really delicious! We took two shawarmas (one with chicken and the other one with beef). The sauce and the ingredients were fresh. The only criticism would be the price/quantity. It was just enough and pretty empty :( could really put more inside for this price. The service was super friendly! Great discussion! The place is a bit busy and noisy, so we had to wait 30-40 minutes before...
