Disastrous food. Ordered butter chicken , Paneer kadai and Tandoori chicken with Naan bread. It took around 80 minute for the preparation. Button chicken is awful, it taste like soaked in Tomato , I could taste only sweetness of tomato with chunk of chicken pieces. Tandoori chicken was served three Piece in well decorated hot pan, but it taste worst than a boiled chicken , its not at all cooked in tandoori. Too expensive and worthless. finally Panner kadai taste also not good. Worst thing was Naan bread , its very dry and not at all fresh, most probably reheated old stock . I wouldn't recommend for those who want to taste authentic Indian dish or those who had tasted authentic Indian dish.
It feels bad to save some family times for an Indian authentic food and end up being worthless food being served. After tasting awful food ,we stopped ordering dessert as well

We had the worst customer service experience EVER from the waiter (possibly the restaurant manager).
From the moment we walked through the door, he was rude and impatient. Dropping a random book on the table to enter our phone numbers - to tick the Covid tracking box
Walking away from us during the time we were selecting from the menu to order the food!!! And the finale, refusing to admit his mistake when I ordered basmati rice and not nan bread. At this point I was ready to walk out, but the quality of the food kept me seated.
I may try the restaurant once more and see if it was really just a bad day. But this guy needs to do a customer service training course!
