Auf Empfehlung haben wir für den Montag im Negishi Archhöfe für "All You Can Eat" reserviert. Wobei "All You Can Eat" nicht wirklich zutrifft. Man kann bei 1-2 Personen 6 Portionen oder 3-4 Personen 10 Portionen pro Runde bestellen. Dies für insgesamt 5 Runden. Danach ist fertig. Pro Portion sind es 2 Sushi Rollen bzw. 2 Stücke die man sich selbst zusammenatellen kann. Wobei mind. 3 verschiedene Portionen ausgewählt werden müssen. Ich hoffe ich konnte es genug klar darlegen. Geschmacklich war das Sushi sehr ausgewogen. Lecker, wobei der Reis eher grober als gewohnt war. Reis selbst ist gut gewürzt. Nuancen von Reisswein kann man schmecken. Variationen reichen von Crispy, Urumaki bis zu Classic. Ja es war lecker aber nichts wo ich sagen muss, dass es jetzt der Überflieger war und ganz klar von anderen Sushi Restaurants abhebt. Preislich reden wir von 55 CHF pro Person. Gesalzen finde ich die 11 CHF für 1l Wasser. Hätte ich lieber vorher gefragt wieviel es kostet. Auch ist es ganz klar darauf ausgelegt, das die Portionen recht lange auf sich warten lassen, sodass schnell das Sättigungsgefühl einsetzt. Die Portion war schon bereit aber man liess dann schon wieder genügend Zeit verstreichen. Finde einfach das "All You Can Eat" nicht wirklich Programm ist.

In my opinion: Very pricey, especially for what you get. Ordered a noodle soup and was very disappointed about the taste. I was looking for a rich Japanese Rahmen taste (because they advertisedthe homemade broth), was not expecting something a student with a hangover could make at home. Almost no taste, as if straight out of the water-cooker. Had to 'spice it up' with friggn Maggi. such a pity. Delivery was fast tho.

Negishi is one of my 2 favorite places in Winterthur to eat sushi. The restaurant is very close to the train station and buses. The staff is friendly, the service is fast and the sushi is excellent. I like that the selection is a little different than my other favorite restaurant, so I can switch between the two to have an even bigger selection.

🍣 middle range sushi The sushi we got was not as fresh as desired and too much rice in each roll. The amount was alright for the price given, but with the same money there are better option available. As I come from Asia, I had a lot of sushi back home, and this doesn’t meet my standards for Japanese food. The service was very nice🙌

Was really good. Atmosphere was fantastic and staff too. While the Sushi was well managed, it could have been a bit higher quality for my taste but the quality to price was grand. So that's just me being picky tbh. Definitely do a reservation for the sweet tables at the back. I feel they add a bit extra :)
