I asked for a Moscow mule and got watered-down vodka with a lemon. I didn't want to get the person who made it in trouble, so I told her directly that what she gave me isn't drinkable and not what I paid 15 CHF for. I kindly asked her if I could return it, and she said yes. While waiting a good 30 to 45 minutes for a new drink, nothing happened. So I went and complained to another staff member. She did offer me a new drink, but at this point, I had had enough and needed to leave. I also saw the person who made the drink run away while laughing while I was talking to the other staff member. Obwohl ausser uns niemand im Lokal war, wurden wir beim herein kommen nicht begrüsst. Wahrscheinlich lag das daran, dass die beiden Damen hinter der Bar gerade am essen waren. Die Tische waren genau wie das Besteck klebrig und die Sitzbänke voller Krümel. Wenn man keinen Burger essen möchte, hat man nur wenig Alternativen. Der Cheeseburger war eine lieblose Zusammenstellung aus einem 0815 Brötchen, viel zu dick geschnittenen Zwiebeln und einer brutal scharfen Sauce. Die Sauce zu den Pommes wird in kleinen Plastikbechern serviert und war ganz offensichtlich am Vortag übrig geblieben, da man erst die angetrockneten Ränder entfernen musste - ziemlich unappetitlich. Als ich die Kellnerin auf die Chilisauce ansprach, was nicht in der Karte stand, ging sie in die Küche und sagte uns anschliessend, dass man die Saucen verwechselt hätte. Ein Getränk als Entschuldigung oder gar ein neuer Burger wurde uns nicht angeboten. Offenbar legt man nicht so grossen Wert darauf, Kunden zu halten.
