The experience here is awful — the food is way too salty, poor service. 1 star is too much for this restaurant.
— Oh wow, thanks for the warm hospitality! I always love it when a restaurant responds to feedback with a personal attack — really sets the tone for a “customer is always wrong” kind of vibe.
It’s reassuring to know your salmon is popular; I’m sure the other guests who enjoy it also appreciate being talked down to when they voice an opinion. As for your 4.6 stars — congrats! Just imagine how much higher it could be if you didn’t lash out at people who don’t worship the fish.
But no worries, I’ll happily take your advice and go elsewhere next time. It’s clear your restaurant has all the customer service of McDonald's. Best of luck — and please, don’t strain yourself dealing with any more “annoying” guests. Wouldn’t want you to work too hard. And no surprise your customer service is terrible — the attitude clearly starts...
Read moreFood is ok, staff are more than warm. Had just a small issue after I paid, the tip was not too much, since my main card didn't work. So i had to use my secondary card which i managed to pay for the bill and give a 8% tip, the staff that was serving us, just changed his attitude completely after a low tip. Don't find it really pleasant judging the fact that we had a bill of 160 CHF. Will try other restaurants as well.
The rating of 3 stars is for the food, it was very good.
Price wise, expensive, you can find better deals and better food quality around the area.
Location, center of zurich, basically sorrounded by buildings

Overall: 3 stars, there is much to...
Read moreI can honestly say that the beef tartar is the best one I’ve had outside of France. This being said, when the apple tart turned up, I immediately hoped it wasn’t my desert when I saw it coming towards me. This is the worst looking apple dessert I’ve ever ordered in my life. I’m half French and born in Paris and never eat at home. To say I’m a foodie is an understatement. The apple tarte was more full of coulis, ice cream and kiwis than anything else, you could hardly see anything resembling an apple on the dish. What’s worst is how they handled my complaint in typical Swiss fashion, the restaurant owner/manager starting pointing his finger at me after I sent the dish back. I rarely complain in restaurants. I own hotels and restaurants myself in other global cities and am sympathetic to...
