Was there on a Sunday Lunch for the Jazz Brunch. Cool concept, horrible implementation. 52.- is a barely acceptable price for a brunch (35-40 is more usual) but considering the view, it would be ok. But Wait! Sitting in a cool spot next to the river apparently costs you 69.-, which is not weighed up by the glass of Champagne you get in my opinion. The Buffet itself is an utter joke. While the selection of Bread & Cheese is really good, everything else is not worth the price. One "salad" (some tomatoes and mozzarella randomly thrown on a plate with no dressing supplied), some half-decent, semi-cold meat and barely acceptable sides (somewhat cooked vegetables seasoned with a seemingly random selection of spices, for example). The biggest joke however: Theres Signs and Hangouts advertising yummy food, but when asking for it , you're either told off as "most of the stuff is for take-away only and you have to pay extra" (All i wanted were some fries, not too much to ask for for 52.-) or you might just get some if youre served by the right person. This brings me to the next point: The sheer randomness in organization. Nobody has a clue, sometimes you pay for beer, sometimes you don't, NOTHING is labelled or explained, some drinks are free, but 10 minutes later they're not, no-one knows what they're supposed to do and the website doesm't explain anything (and promises double the variety of food actually present). The Bauschänzli used to be amazing, sadly the owner changed and now it's run by a Catering company ruining everything this great place once stood for. (Also, the toilets now cost 2 Fr. for which you get a coupon, forcing you to buy more overpriced stuff if you want that money back...) Why not hand out tokens for toilet visits to people buying something. You do have these tokens, so use them. This concept works perfectly fine in other establishments run by the very same catering company. Finally, the person calling themselves "management" completely ignores most criticism (just check out their replies on TripAdvisor,...

Read moreCool location with good vibes but on the more expensive side. Order with QR code is a bit of a joke, since you cannot write any remarks f.e. Prosecco remark: "with ice". Food was nice and drinks were good aswell. But when you pay for food and drinks and you still have to pay 2.- to go to the toilet you don't feel very welcomed as a consuming guest. Also you cannot use that WC-voucher if you stay in (but only for take out) since you have to pay by card or TWINT on their app. My advice would be that guests that are paying for food and drinks should get a toilet-code, as is done in many fast food...
