I would have given this 5 stars because the gelato was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had BUT the guy who was serving me was pretty rude once I said hello. I think it was because I’m American. He served me the gelato and then made a few snarky comments towards me. He asked for my form of payment and I gave him my credit card. Then he said the machine was having errors and wasn’t working. I told him to try it again and he still said it wasn’t working and I needed to give him cash. I told him I didn’t have cash but the transaction showed up on my credit card. He said he couldn’t serve me the gelato unless I had cash and proceeded to put the gelato in a fridge. I walked away and found my friends who said they had cash so I went back and paid for the gelato in cash. I had a weird feeling about this place so I made sure to check my credit card statement and sure enough the transaction posted a few days later. Of course I disputed it and got my money back. Wowwww, I'm pleasantly surprised by the delicious high-quality matcha latte! I've tried matcha in many places but I'm finally convinced where I can return to for a luscious cup of green calm. The milk foam was perfect, creamy, tiny nano bubbles and not too hot. Well: perfect! I'm also delighted because there was no bitterness st all.
