I have no idea how to respond, so I'll just edit this. I walked in the bar (forgot to sign the Corona thing at the entrance, it's not like I wasn't willing to, just didn't notice). One of your employees followed me into to the bar, and kinda started me insulting me right from the start (including but not limited to threatening to have me carried out of the bar). Then he took my e-cigarette from the bar and took a drag from from it without asking me in the middle of a pandemic.

Waiters systematically inserted the wrong price (of course higher, like 16.- instead of 12.-) in the credit card reader. They used this trick 3 times, even though we told them it was the wrong price every time. The size of the glasses would vary a lot, even if you had the same drink: my friend got a much bigger glass (not just more filled up, but a bigger, different glass) and we payed the same price.
