Worst experience ever... If you want to be disrespected by the waiters, please go to this place. With my father and sister, we had some coffee and when we wanted to pay, the waitress (black haired woman- I don't know her name unfortunately) counted the money wrongly. I kindly tried to explain her mistake (literally with a smile in my face), she didn't even try to understand and she started to become impatient. She then suddenly got angry and threw the coins to the table, turned her back and left the table - completely ignored us. We couldn't even understand what's going on, we were kind of shocked. I really don't understand this, it's not even about some coins or anything but this is such a rude and disrespectful attitude.

Just a small note, I'm normally a kind and thoughtful person who never writes a negative comment even if something misfortunate happens, I tend to think that maybe that person was having a bad day or something. But this was really so absurd for me, not something that can be explained by having a bad day and I can't just not do anything. Noone deserves such...

Very very unfriendly with tourists customers. The waiteress is nasty! Extremely rude and very aggressive. She is very hostile. Not sure why is she even working as a server when she barely has any manners with customers. From the reviews here, it seems I am not the only customer who suffered from this waitress's attitude. Not sure why are they still keeping her and why they keep responding to the reviews by saying that they care about their customers when they don't seem to do anything about it but write a tailored response to every review when in reality their server is extremely rude and doesn't stop it with most customers. The manager has zero customer service and rude. He didn't even care when I gave him my feedback about how hostile and rude his server is. He obviously doesn't care about customers. Don't waste your money or time. They are very rude. Just Terrible! Stay away...

Hello everyone , basically I came yesterday 1 of August In this cool place to have a drink with a friend of mine ...it was really busy and while we were waiting to be served a member of the staff came my way and silently said "get out of the way MF " , thinking I wouldn't hear him or maybe thinking I couldn't speak English .... when I asked him why he said that and that he cannot speak in a rude way like that he said " don't talk to me I'm busy " , maybe because he didn't expect I was gonna confront him for what he said .... anyway I also work in the hospitality and I know how stressful it can be for workers , but they cannot disrespect customers like that .... I haven't done anything but waiting to be served ... at the end my friends and I left this cool place with horrible staff .....( I deleted the picture as you say but still left...
