Great small café with amazing staff!

I come here with my mother every week after my hospital appointment, the staff knows me and it truly makes my day. The two Asian ladies are so friendly, they always ask how I'm doing and are truly sweethearts!! When I was in the hospital for a month for chemo and came back, they even paid themselves for my coffee and marroni cake! I have never experienced anything like this before, I was truly touched by their kindness.

One of them makes the most delicious matcha and she knows our order by heart. You can truly tell the costumers love her and she makes the café better.

The food is also delicious, fresh and they have so many choices. For lunch they even have a buffet.

Horrible customer service. I was having a coffee and someone joined me at 11, this person bought a coffee and a pastry. A few minutes later, as it was "lunch time" we were told we had to ORDER MORE THINGS in order to seat at the tables. No one at the other tables were asked for the same thing. We stood up and left. You should warn your customers BEFORE they buy something, that you need to spend an amount in consumption before they sit. We had to eat our things in the cold, outside, because of this. I used to always buy coffee beans here and the barista would give me a coffee for free which was very nice. Unfortunately last time they had another barista who was very unfriendly from the very beginning when I asked for the coffee beans and when I asked her about the free coffee she said they don’t do that and gave me an attitude face.
