Ok so i searched for halal food and this was looking the best with good reviews, but once i reached their was a very rude arabic waiter, hey threw the menu on the table and the cutlery fell on my son and he was like sorry, then after asking for few items i was able to place an order he wasnt in a mood to explain me the order properly as it had many options in chicken and i wanted to know what im getting so my children could eat but he wasnt angry and doing everything fast as he was the only one working, i ordered everything and also 4 pc falafel separately for my children, once we got the falafel he didnt give us plates to eat, we asked for the plates and hes like why do you need empty plates for these falafel, i told him how will the children eat without the plate. He wasnt all rude but got us the plate and started complaining to the person making the food behind the counter in arabic language thinking i wont understand anything, but as i know little arabic i couldnt understand him complaining about me and my order and that i requested for a plate etc, worst waiter and service ever i could expect, if you want good family time with good food and good service dont bother to go there and talk to that rude waiter, he really spoiled my day that day, i was on a euro trio with my fam but never experienced such pathetic service from someone at a halal restaurant, owner should take serious action and fire that over smart dude, thinking...

The food was really good and delicious. Prices were standard for Switzerland. The hummus was absolutely incredible. The chicken, kofta, and chapli kebabs were also really good. But, the waiter was quite rude. He kept trying to rush us through the ordering process and was attempting to decide on an order for us and asked us to confirm. It was like he was just rushing to get through our order. Even when we asked to order in a few minutes so we could think about what to order, he kept trying to order for us and kept telling us what he was suggesting was “very good” despite our repeated comments telling him we didn’t want to order the shawarma.
