QQ Sushi TAHO — Restaurant in Zurich

I booked an anniversary dinner for my wife thinking it was still the previous place (very nice setting, great sushis, quite pricey but worth it) and realized it had changed to a dinner-looking type of restaurant. Was quite a let down as we looking for a more refined dinner experience, but decided to still go in as we had booked anyway. Turns out, I think the sushi quality has dropped by probably 10% (and still very good, just not as neatly made) vs the previous posh sushi restaurant, prices dropped massively (probably 50-70%) and service much more relax (previous restaurant was really super refined). Not sure if this is the same owner, but being reconverted to a more affordable sushi place is actually absolutely fine.

I thought the previous expensive Sushi restaurant was a good "value for money" vs Yo Sushi, but this one faces no comparison. Sushis literally 20 times better and more refined than Yo-Sushis for probably 10-20% more expensive. A no brainer to me...

As always, the best sushi in Zurich! Fantastic mix of creativity and amazing food quality lead to an awesome experience every time we go there with my wife. We recommended it to everyone, and we are especially pleased with Jakub, his customer-oriented mindset and great service. They always sit us next to the window on the sofàs, which we really appreciate as well.
