I swear this restaurant is authentic and the flavor is bomb! I stayed in Thailand for 5 years and this restaurant beats many local Thai in Thailand even, it completes my switzerland trip and they even have kao geng (choose 2 dishes w rice) for only 13.50 CHF which is impossible to find at this price in Switzerland given one regular fried noodle with vegetables is already 21-28 CHF outside.
It's homely, they are so sweet and greeted us every table. The taste tho.. Another level. My most filling meal in Switzerland. Please DO NOT give it a missed. A MUST TRY! I ordered basil pork rice, krawpao moosup. 11/10 no joke. Lol It also beats Singapore restaurants for sure.
It's so good that I ordered more to takeaway after eating and called my hotel to ensure there's microwave. Well, another filling and hearty delicious meal tomorrow dinner in Switzerland. Hurray.
A strong 11/10 rating. Too good that I have to leave such a long review lol. Thanks for having me! (37CHF for 2 meals dinner today and...
Read moreI am Thai woman from New York City. We ate here last night (12/8/2019) and I felt like I got ripped off. We order one small plate of rice that costed 16,99, one Som Tum, one fresh young coconut and one small bottle of water. It costed us 65 Swiss franc. We asked the lady to customize our order (I now regret that I didn’t do it before we ordered the food), she said Som Tum alone costed 28 Swiss franc. WHAT? Young coconut costed 8 Swiss franc. I guess one small bottle of water costed more than 5 Swiss franc. I travel all around the world and this place sell the mist expensive Som Tum . I would never recommend this place to anybody. What a ripoff! I wish I could give them zero star. I think she either made a mistake or overcharged us on purpose. I need explanation from...
Read moreDishonest owner. Been there many times over the past few years because the food was ok. But it seems every time the price of dishes is a bit different due to this or that “reason”. Today is just too obviously upsetting. On the lunch menu it says 20CHF for a small plate (23CHF for big plate) plus a drink, which was not specified as alcoholic or not. Then when I was paying for a small plate it was suddenly 23CHF because the drink I took was a beer, while 10 seconds ago my friend paid 23CHF for the same beer with a big plate. He then explained he made a mistake on my friend’s bill…In spite all of this, it’s ok to just pay 23CHF for what I had but please don’t label your menu in a misleading way because a...
