Vulkan - Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Zurich

The staff is very very rude. Especially the girl. Looks Indian. Tall. I asked her to change the dishes after we were done with the starters (we're 4 people). She called some other guy (waiter, during the short talk he told me he is from Ahmedabad) and that stupid waiter asked me "what's wrong with the dishes?" I wanted to tell him that there's something wrong in Ur mind, Moron since u r asking me this question. Then I told him that since I'm done with starter, I would like the dishes to be changed. Then the oversmart lady tells me that the starters that I ordered was not in the starters list (murg tikka- tandoori chicken in India) so the dishes weren't changed and shouldnt be changed. Then I told her that you should know how it's in India. She says I don't know how it's in India. (being very rude). Later, both of those waiters started throwing things here and there and showed their arrogance and never apologized for their behaviour. Never suggest this restaurant for anyone willing to have good experience. I don't even want to mention the food quality after this disgusting experience with these 2 stupids. I have read other reviews too ant the staff's bad behaviour. Dont know why the owner doesn't fire them. Owner must be stupid too. Anyway, I won't suggest anyone abt this clumsy , micro small restaurant to anyone....

During our recent visit to Zurich, we dined at what we now consider the best Indian restaurant in the city. The experience was outstanding from start to finish, making it our go-to spot after a day of sightseeing.

The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate my dad and my aunt, who was visiting from Canada. Both prefer mild food, and the staff made sure every dish was tailored to their taste without compromising on flavor. This level of personalised service was impressive and greatly appreciated.

The service was nothing short of amazing. Every meal we ordered arrived piping hot and was consistently delicious. The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors, making each dining experience memorable.

Never seen such bad treatment in any restaurant in my life. I went with my family (4 of us) and we were not really hungry but wanted to give the restaurant a try. The owner came to take the order. We ordered 3 dishes. The owner tells me that you need to order at least 1 dish per person. I was like "Is that a rule in this restaurant because when I checked your restaurant online, I didn't see any such rule". He replied "I am making this rule now". After that he started telling us how much the table cloth costs and that he needs to serve us water and food(Way to be cheap). Obviously we were not going to eat there and so we went out of that restaurant. On our way out, I was telling him that this was the first time I was treated like this in any restaurant. But this stupid manager kept on saying "Bye, Good night". It was too late and as the restaurant is in such a bad neighbourhood it was difficult to find another restaurant immediately.
