這是一家店員說不出自家菜色的店家,無法介紹祕魯三兄弟是什麼菜,瘋狂跳針那是主廚特製,在我的引導之下才勉強講出這是葷食、有點小辣。他為什麼不知道這是什麼菜?他為什麼要浪費我的電話費一直應付現場客人?現在回頭看來,在電話上就遭受到這種待遇,後面根本就不該在ubereats下單的。 因為店家現場太忙,不停的延誤製作我的訂單。19:40完成下單付款,預計20:35抵達,20:40卻得到第一個外送員仁至意盡的通知我店家完全還沒準備訂單之後棄單了,幸好很快就有第二個外送員接單,人家也願意幫忙等了超過半小時。最後21:25才終於取得餐點。我跟我的家人餓了將近兩個小時。就因為店家沒有確實關閉ubereats接單。而且我還付了32塊的直送到府,為哪般啊? 炸棒棒腿沒炸熟,為什麼會出沒熟的餐點?打電話反應了,店家可能終於有空停下來解釋了,說要出新的一份跟退錢,我都已經飽了(氣飽了^^)根本不想再吃這家店的任何食物 歐姆蛋包飯部分米心沒透,同一通電話也反應了,店家說這是外籍主廚、進口米。啊我真的很想問,賣給台灣人的餐點不需要為了顧客調整一下口味嗎? 不擅經營外送平台就請花點心思吧!現場忙就應該好好顧現場,要關外送就請確認已關閉再去忙別的,不會介紹菜色就花點時間把餐點簡介打上去。ubereats上顯示的是『葉子食堂』註記的是『復興三路201巷』與Google...
