The best dessert we’ve had in Taiwan!! Their bingsu is INCREDIBLE and their toppings were all fresh, warm, chewy, and addicting. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect amount of sugar and extremely satisfying. The owner was SO incredibly kind, giving us free tea, a free topping add-on, and even gifted us a dessert to take home! He was very patient, answering all questions and helping us make our order, and when we left a tip, he ran all the way to catch up to us on the streets, thinking that we left the money accidentally. Desserts were delicious and the experience was so heartwarming, really affirming my belief of Taiwanese people being incredibly kind. After walking all around Beitou, I came by to rest and have something sweet. The owner is so kind and the dessert is delicious! I went early so it was quiet and peaceful, perfect to regain my energy. The owner was patient with my limited Chinese and used his phone to help translate. In addition to helping me with my order, he added extra toppings and oolong tea. He also gave me many recommendations for sightseeing and food in the area, and even offered to prepare some tea to go for me as well. The shaved ice was delicious and had generous toppings. Everything was the perfect amount of sweetness and satisfyingly chewy. I will definitely come back next time...

The owner is so kind! We are visiting from USA, and I can speak/understand somewhat because my family is Taiwanese, but he also took time to use his phone to translate some messages to English for my spouse. He took the time to explain the menu and offered us tea as we waited for our order. He also used his phone to show us a list of places to visit while in Beitou.
