Amazing food and service! Will recommend and revisit for sure. We’re trying to start off our vegan journey with one vegetarian day a week. This is our first restaurant and we were not disappointed! The 綜合叉燒飯 (with mayo!) is the best. 白湯柚香 ramen was amazing too. It takes a few bites to get used to the unique chewy (no eggs or milk) noodles, but I came to enjoy it. The supposedly heavier 白湯 (it’s a little spicy) is not overly salty or spicy at all and I finished the entire bowl of soup. 豆腐排 was a little disappointing. It has a nutty taste which we feel doesn’t match with the rest very well. Also a bit dry, maybe some dip would help. 爐烤蔬菜 was 😍😍🤩. Servers were really nice and the store is super cute (tho a bit crowded) in a beautiful historical corner of Taipei! Music is meh and a little loud tho.
It is a bit pricy but I think they delivered what was...

Given my husband's dietary restriction to refined sugar, I am always searching for sugar free food which is a huge challenge for East Asian cuisine for the common use of sugar to flavor (even soy sauce!). This place caught my eyes with the menu specifying sugar cane as a soup base. The staff responded very timely and patiently over Line messages (greatly appreciated so we don't go there for nothing especially when I brought my parents who aren't very mobile). The five of us tried most flavors and all were solid and amazing!! Loved the variety of veggies in both broths which is uncommon for ramen. Favourite combo were the oat milk broth with truffle and the sugar cane broth with yuzu and pepper. The two tofu side dishes were amazing too!! Highly recommend! And best to make a reservation...

First off - great location, located just off Dihua street on a quaint lane full of creaky, old houses and out of control shrubbery its only a short walk from the MRT
The place is vegan, the staff is polite and professional and can manage English - which is great because for some reason google is very unwilling to translate their menu from Chinese to English
The food - super excellent. The ramen is a perfectly comforting, tasty bowl of deliciousness. I ordered the Sichuan flavor with the oat milk broth and the vegan chashu - perfection. The chashu was gnarly and satisfyingly meaty, the male flavor gently propping up the broth as a lingering aftertaste.
I also had their famous creme brûlée - a fitting end to an...
