Food Quality/Ingredients/Taste are all excellent but service was very poor/non-existent and the music was so loud that it felt like a night club making the whole dining experience horrible. You have to order your food using the QR code you are given so for those without a smart phone, you are screwed. The ordering process wasn't explained at all. I am guessing it's because the music was so loud that carrying a conversation inside was next to impossible. Coming from abroad I didn't have data/internet service locally, and WiFi wasn't offered until I asked. This definitely needs to be changed. If the restaurant expects customers to place their own order through a smart device, it better explain the process thoroughly and offer internet access.
Close to the end of our meal, our waitress was changed and she had a much friendlier attitude. Also at our request, the loud bass thumping music was finally turned down. Originally, I would have only given 1 star but because of this I am willing to give them a 3 star. Later we found out that the restaurant doesn't charge the 10% service charge typically found in Taiwan, so I am guessing that's their excuse for no service?
I would not recommend this place for dating or family gathering but for solo dining only due...
Read moreNovel experience if you haven't tried it but mostly overrated & inconvenient for those without mobile data. Positive: Food is fresh & suitable for lone dining. Good for a quick bite (after a long queue or go when it's not busy). Good for chats as well as there's no maximum dining period. Negative: If you go during the usual dining period, be prepared to queue for more than 30mins. From the other reviews, it seems chaotic. Serving size can be quite small for the price; it's more worthwhile ordering 300g & 400g if you like meat. Menu & ordering needs to be accessed via QR Code, so customers must have mobile data - not very user- or tourist-friendly. The staff don't always explain the menu or ordering process unless asked. The restaurant's WiFi doesn't work either. Each person orders their own as there's a minimum spending required. Can be very noisy unless you request to be seated at a corner.
Overall, good for first timers but probably won't go again. I'd rather pay a bit more for better food,...

Famous Yakiniku chain. You may need to wait in line if you come during dining time, especially dinner.
They serve a meal set with rice and soup, there is no charge if you opt for larger portion of rice but no refills 😂. The meat can be choose from 100, 200, and 300 grams. All the condiments are on your table, so you just sit and eat! You will need to scan QR code to order, but don't worry it include English and Japanese language.
The table has single and group seating. But if I may say this chain is more suitable for individual diners. If you're in group seating, you need to share the grill with your friends (and the grill size are...
