京都勝牛-台北京站店 — Restaurant in Taipei

Unfortunately, this is One of the worst dining experience that I have ever had in Taipei. 😤

Firstly, No service at all. That is in terms of waiter/waitress have no smile, no patience, hurry to collect thing after just 30 mins of my meal, 🤦‍♂️and no explanation on the dining tool that they provide to the client. That means the restaurant provides all customers a so called flying pan (Photo attached) to let customer to stir fried the beef a bit more before eat, but I know this only form the table notice. In the meantime, When I look around the whole restaurant, no one use the flying pan. Automation in ordering service (photo attached) perhaps is a good thing. But what’s the purpose of serving something to customer which purposingly add value to but somehow no one explain how to use it at all?🤦‍♂️

Secondly, The food quality is really bad as well. Really can’t The actual food outlook is literally different from the menu. 😖The restaurant pride itself to serve great quality deep fried beef, but all fried beef and chicken that I ordered make me disppointed...not juicy, not tasty, ugly cutting, bad outlook...nothing I can appreciate...😨

Lastly, perhaps the only few a bit better than nothing things is that the restaurant location is convenient, just 10 mins walk form Taipei MTR station. the restaurant is cosy (photo attached) and the waiter is just hurry to collect dishes but not kicking u away.

To sum up, at this price at this high end dining location, I literally expect a more high quality dining experience. 😩I trust There are much more better dining choices within...

Poor service, the waiters and waitresses paid no attention to check if there is customer in need, acting like getting order and serving meal and it’s done. Had to wait for a long time to grab a chance to request for soup refill then after another 10 minutes realized the request was ignored, then another 10 minutes of waiting seeking for a chance to grab a waitress for soup refill, finally it took me 30 minutes for soup refill. From my observation is that there is no waiters staying around the dining area if there is no new customer coming, so after serving meals then it’s done. No one even take a look to check if any customer is in need. See no reason and point to charge the mandatory 10% service fee. Poor service quality. Food is ok, portion is small. I am totally dissapointed with the crew services which I would expect this will not experience in a lovely place like Taiwan. There is a minimum order of TWD100 per pax but it was not brief upfront until the food was served. We are couple dine in with a kid. We ordered 1 main and 1 kid meal. Once the food is served, there is no cutlery provided and the waitress keep mentioned about the minimum order we have to made. Not even provide the tools for the kid to take the meal, Unacceptable!

All the food served was cold except the additional order of beef stick we ordered to ensure we meet the minimum order requirement. After all, we have a worst ever dine in experience in Taiwan after...
