BELLINI Pasta Pasta 台北京站店 — Restaurant in Datong District

Terrible experience! I went there on weekday, they still have time limit which is only 1.5 hours. We came into the restaurant at 6:40pm, immediately we were told our time only until 8:00pm. We ordered at 6:50pm, the meals were served at almost 7:20pm... I asked the waitress can we leave later instead of 8pm cuz we only got 40 minutes left to finish our pasta? She said, we are not sure if we can give you more time because maybe there is still someone waiting in line. Seriously? They set up 1.5 hours eating time for customers and made them wait for 30 minutes to be served. On top of that, they lack of consideration, provided poor service and still charged us service fee!

If I’m looking for something ‘delicious and fast‘ then I wouldn’t even chose this restaurant in the first place. The one with poor quality of food as well as service!...

This review is coming from a North American perspective.

First of all, for a 'pizza/pasta' restaurant, they have very limited offerings. Not many appetizing pizzas or pastas to choose from.

I ordered the spaghetti carbonara. It was okay, but a bit on the bland side. The 'bacon' was very cheap/low quality--like it came out of a can. Portion size decent by Asian standards.

Garlic bread was a generous portion, but not much garlic taste.

Overpriced for the low quality of food. I had carbonara at a restaurant near Zhongshen station last week, and the quality, pricing and service were far better.

I wasn't happy about paying the automatic 10% service charge for a meal I didnt enjoy that much.

Ambience was okay, table setting nice. I agree with what another reviewer said on that this place belongs in...

🔹 沙拉/salad 🔹 BELLINI經典人氣凱薩沙拉 $320 Bellini Style Caesar Salad with Anchovy, Garlic & Parmesan Cheese 蘿美生菜、香煎厚片培根、帕瑪森起司、特調凱薩醬

我覺得算是走一個安全牌，就是沒有特別突出(阿就沙拉是要多特別🤣)

話說王品的主餐難吃歸難吃，王品牛排、原燒的沙拉，真的是吃到會覺得很棒，以為是一個美好的開始，結果吃到主餐時倍感驚嚇🤣

🔹 開胃菜/Appetizer $260 內 🔹 串烤雞腿鮮蔬串佐莎莎青醬 $260 Kebab, Chicken, Vegetable, Salsa Verde 雞腿肉、甜椒、鳳梨、杏鮑菇、佛羅倫斯特調青醬 非常清爽的開胃前菜，雞腿肉也好吃鮮嫩，有一股特別的煙燻原木炭烤香氣，我猜應該是放進烤pizza的那個石窯一起炭烤

🔹 義大利麵 /Pasta $280內 🔸 和風柚子軟絲明太子麵 $280 Spaghetti,"yuzu Mentaiko', Squid & Pea Sprouts 軟絲、小豆苗、柚子胡椒、海苔絲、奶油明太子

本來想吃Carbonara 可是這個250 太不划算🤣 明太子風味真的超級日系口味，味道就是柚子胡椒奶油明太子醬，軟絲給的有點偏少，不像請請給一大隻透抽。以前對貝里尼的印象就是很大一份，義大利麵都是2-3人份，價格高一點，現在降價縮水成1人份。另外貝里尼的特色就是spaghetti (細長實心圓直麵)呈現正統義式彈牙口感(al dente)，就像燉飯要有米心一樣，不是沒煮熟🤣

🔸 主菜/MainCourse 🔸 炭烤美國翼板牛排 (300g) $780 Grilled Top Chuck Steak (炭烤美國肋眼牛排 +$200)

翼板上桌時是呈現3分熟(medium-rare)，底部瓷盤可以持續加熱到5分熟(medium)，我想應該是可以到7分熟(medium-well)，只是我拍照拍太久XDD🤣 但三分熟就很好吃很軟嫩，外皮一樣有炭烤香氣，肉汁鮮甜，肉質細緻，搭配烤盤上的蒜味奶油，附搭的芥末籽、日式醬油(很鹹不要整塊沾下去🤣)、鹽，有不同的風味呈現。真的比前幾天吃王品(一個人吃2000)還好吃🤣，話說TASTY西堤的原塊牛排也是翼板，就是CP值最高的牛排

小🐷識 肩胛部chunk 上肩胛(Shoulder Clod) 是經常運動的部位，因此筋肉發達，肉質較結實，價格便宜，But，如果精修之後，可以得到牛肉第二嫩的部位，平鐵牛排(Flat Iron)，僅次於菲利(Tenderloin, Filet)，且他的牛肉風味也不輸肋眼(Ribeyes)，根本是牛肉身上的寶啊。板腱肉（Top Blade Steak）附著於肩胛骨上方，梅花及嫩肩里肌出於此處。通常看到都直接橫切，中間有一條超粗的肉筋，火鍋很常見。之前就買Costco的嫩煎里肌真空包自己精修，真的累人🤣要先去掉銀皮(sliver skin)，就是上下兩片白色的筋膜，再來才是惡夢的開始，要將肉筋的上下兩層分離。就可以得到兩片翼板牛排(Flat Iron)了。

🔹 飲品 /Beverage $120 選二 義大利濃縮咖啡/特濃 $120/130 Single / Double Espresso

來義式餐廳當然要喝義式咖啡啊 第一次喝Espresso double shot 厚厚一層的濃密的Crema看著就覺得爽快 一入口就是咖啡因直衝腦門，感覺全身的Caffeine receptor都被binding，好爽好鬆，下一秒就是好鹹啊🤣 喝完body到最下面heart，苦味才漸漸出現，但又不是真的深焙咖啡特別焦苦那種，應該加水弄成美式(Caffè Americano)

🔸 生日蛋糕 $0 🔸 糖漬栗子泡芙塔 $150 Vanilla Chestnut Tart 糖漬栗子、栗子泥泡芙、鮮奶油、巧克力碎片、香草塔皮 整體還滿好吃的，栗子泥濃郁，鮮奶油吃起來也不會覺得負擔，底下塔皮也還可以，感覺比中午吃請請的檸檬塔還好吃🤣(免費的就是好吃)

話說那天吃王品，也是覺得甜點難吃，結果他免費送的插蠟燭生日蛋糕，巧克力蛋糕，意外很好吃(果然免費的都好吃🤣)

麵包 +$80 甜點 +$100

整體來說表現真的超乎預期，中午才吃過請請，這週才吃過難吃的王品牛排，再吃貝里尼真的撥雲見日的感受，尤其是牛排令人驚艷
