The food is just okay, not good not bad. The environment is just okay. I think there one thing the really need to improve was the waiting line for getting the food. It takes forever. After we got seated, my husband went to get some food. It took him about 10 minutes to just get one plate of food which was not even a full plate. I’m not sure it was the servers being slow or the customers. Maybe they didn’t have enough sections for the customers to spread out to get food. After we finished eating, we wanted to get some dessert. The line for the ice cream was crazy long, so we gave up.
Also, I had a very bad experience when we tried to reserve a table. We were at Starbucks which just next to this restaurant. My husband wanted to book a table there, so we looked online. There were 12 seats still available. However, in order to book a table online, we have to create an account. So, instead, we went to the front desk of this restaurant to book two people. The staff told us that it was full. Okay, we went back to Starbucks and searched on their website. The 12 seats were still available. So, I created an account, book for two people and got the confirmation message. We were so pissed. I actually left a complain comment on their website. Someone actually called me on that night around 10pm, but I was busy. The staff called me on the next day. The staff told me that maybe someone canceled the booking after we left their front desk. Seriously? Someone actually booked for 12 people and cancel it within 2 to 3 minutes? The staff told me that she will talk to the other staff who helped at the front desk. She said she will tell me more details on the day of my visit. I was there today. No one came by to talk to me about it. I’m not sure because I can’t speak fluent Mandarin or group of two people were too small, so they don’t want to serve us.

To cut the story short, we waited for two hours straight. We checked in with them twice at the counter! They informed us that they would call us. Then, when we checked for the third time, we were surprised when they claimed they had called us multiple times. We showed them proof that we hadn't received any calls. Like, what the heck? Additionally, the guy at the counter is so arrogant. He made no apologies whatsoever. We provided them with evidence that we had not received any calls, but he persisted in insisting that they had called. We showed them our disappointment but he just keep staring at us. Im not sure if foreigners is not welcome at your restaurant or what?

Reservation is basically required, and the high number of diners in a relatively small space certainly harmed the atmosphere. It's actually a sight to behold, seeing so many people lining up on a weekday for lunch before the buffet was even opened. It was also interesting to have two lines. One for checking in with reservation, and joining the second line to be escorted to our table. I supposed that's excellent crowd management strategy. :D
I actually think the price might be too low. If they increase the price to reduce the seating capacity, the overall experience might be better...
