terrible service, i was here at the off peak period like 3 in the afteroon. I was told that the food will be ready in 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes, no drinks, no soup, no salad, nothing came first, and i asked the staff when will the meal be ready. The first staff said she will check and she didnt come back. "some other customer came in ..." after 10 minutes, I asked another staff, he claimed that it will be ready in 4 minutes, and eventually, it didnt came. And the food of the other table arrived !!! SO I WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND I GOT NO FOOD AND THE RESTAURANT IS NOT SORRY. so i went to the cashier to pay for the tea they gave me, and they said they didnt made the order, come on, 7 staffs serve 2 meals at off peak, and you are not sorry you missed the order. It supposed to be easy meal, bad experience ever. By the way, terrible inner design, the white spot light above your head would drove you crazy and extremely exhausted. The food is good, I especially love the lettuce with the pomelo sauce, which is really yummy and helped uplift the desire of eating. The service was okay, and the waitresses are kind.
