大角拉麵 (新竹店) ダージャオラーメン — Restaurant in Hsinchu

One of the few places in this market that I come back to, and an amazing one as well. If you can make it past the disgusting market environment, that is. Store seems to be run by a Japanese chef. Line starts before 17:30 on a Monday. Their meat is one of a kind. Soup is what I like as well, flavorful but isn’t too much. It’s a little expensive considering adding the usual egg into your ramen costs an extra $30. 柚香清雞湯鹽味 $210.

The AC is much too weak for a rainy summer afternoon. It’s so hot inside I got a little dizzy at the end. Thankfully it doesn’t take long to finish one bowl of noodles. 2023.05

I hope that I can give 1-star review so that noone will come to queue. Ordered ramen with extra meat and onsen egg. The broth is clean and a bit on the salty side, will order less salty next time. The sous-vide chicken breast and pork are mindblowingly tender. Never had such tender chicken breast before. Onsen egg has a hint of whisky, which is perfect combination. Come early, there's about 12 persons line when i left and the seats...

About 6:30 pm I went there and three ppl are waiting in queue, less than 10 mins later I went in order 叉燒雞清湯鹽味拉麵with egg and normal favor broth, overall is quite good!!! The chicken is full of favor (the salt just spot on!) and you can also add free extra noodles and broth which is amazing!!! I will definitely go...
