We went during lunch on a Monday and had a reservation to eat lunch. When we arrived and were seated the employee told us that due to they were very busy the night before many of their items were sold out. He then proceeded to offer to do a customized menu due to their shortage of meat for the 4 person combo. Besides the salad and fried rice, everything else was subpar. The meat were flavorless and the salt provided is very very salty, not suitable for the meat at all. The supposed “large clams” were the size of 50 ntd coins and are all overcooked. 有鑑於用餐後沒有認真撰寫就給星星的客人, 老闆會給你"強而有力"的評論,我只好認真的敘述,個人認為是不堪回首的經驗分享給大家~
進燒肉店門口前: 踏進門口階梯前,就有兩位"客人"在外面抽菸,討厭菸味的我,還沒用餐就先扣分了,之後服務生來帶位坐下後,"抽菸"的煙味往我的座位飄,想說是"客人"在門口抽菸,老闆可能也不好意思制止。 結果之後發現所謂的客人其中一個!!是老闆自己...在自家店門口抽菸,使得靠近門口座位的客人都在聞二手菸..... 非常之傻眼....更生氣的花了一定"水準"的價位,卻沒得到客人應享受的用餐環境..... 店員帶入座位: 點了2580雙人套餐,想說聞二手煙就算了!! 東西好吃的話還能加分回來...... 1.牛肋條和板腱肉一上菜,上面有很明顯的血水,看起來就很不OK(在這裡就不多評論為什麼血水會這麼多了!)烤熟入口後,確實肉質還不錯! 但是每一片肉都有筋甚至整片筋膜,很像在吃咬不斷的口香糖....咬到下巴酸,只能用衛生紙把"牽絲"的肉拉出來丟掉... 2.PR牛排請服務生烤完後,剪成塊狀好入口,一邊咬著切塊的牛排,還在想服務還不錯的時候,筋又出現了!!!第二塊肉、第三塊肉....數不清是第幾塊牛肉了,大概是老闆要訓練客人的下顎肌肉吧!!? 每一塊肉不誇張!! 都!!!!有!!!!筋!!!! 3.套餐裡的豬肉肉質普通,油花超級多.... 4.讓人生氣到最高點的是等了很久的無骨雞腿肉!! 因桌上的肉快吃完了, 第一次喊服務生,提醒雞肉還沒上來!服務生也跟我說"好的!我去確認一下"就這樣確認到人不見了... 第二次再叫服務生過來,趕快送雞肉來,結果跟我們說雞肉沒了,要幫我們換三角骨,"等等"會幫我們送上來,當時覺得頗蝦,為什麼吃到一半才知道要被換菜,而不是"主動"告知,要三催四請,才知道雞肉沒了.... 就這樣服務生又消失了... 第三次叫服務生,雞肉還是沒送上來,我們已經有點不耐煩了!結果服務生竟然說已經上菜(雞肉),都事後告知,沒雞肉了哪來的肉? 我們語氣不耐煩請服務生去確認,才說會補送我們梅花豬肉... 等一盤肉等了快20分鐘,等到的是滿滿油花的梅花豬,吃到後面真的沒食慾
安全問題: 因我的位置背對另外一桌的客人,位置和位置之間產生一個一人通行的"小走道",我吃到一半才發現,服務生端肉盤和湯鍋,經常從那個小小的走道通行..... 想請問老闆,您真的不覺得這樣很危險嗎!!?? 如果客人突然站起來,服務生剛好端熱食走過去翻倒怎麼辦?? 請問安全問題有想到嗎?.....
服務很差勁加上食材品質很普很普 個人覺得還要10%服務費,真的是黑人問號+翻白眼
喔對了!我們都快吃完了,服務生竟然都沒發現我們沒上甜點呢!這就是2580+10%的品質 呵呵....
