I ate here 3 times out of my stay of 20 nights. I was a bit sad I couldn't eat there the last few days before I left due to the typhoon. Everything was amazing: food, service, atmosphere. Very professional staff and sweet chef gave me free spicy tuna roll on my third visit, he even came to serve it to me. Gotta say this might be the the freshest sushi/sashimi I've ever had so far though I have been to Japan. The shrimp sashimi is a must try, I get it everytime and still crave for it now. 需要一成服務費,先上桌是沙拉、有蝦子、蘋果、玉米筍、番茄和一些生菜醬汁調味不錯好吃。 再來是生魚片有兩片鮪魚和一片鮭魚、擺盤不錯哇沙米做成葉子形狀,生魚片新鮮不錯吃。 炸物有牛肉可樂餅和牡蠣、炸得酥脆,可樂餅吃要注意剛炸好燙口牛肉餡調味不錯,牡蠣也是炸的外酥內嫩、牡蠣本身味道沒有被蓋掉再搭配旁邊的醬汁好吃提升。 烤鯖魚烤的外皮酥脆、魚肉質地不錯是新鮮的,可以擠檸檬改變口味、醃蘿蔔口感脆脆的和酸的醃料不錯。 茶碗蒸上面有一個大蟹肉棒用魚子醬點綴同時用薄薄芡汁、口感更為滑嫩,裡面也有些料吃到會帶有驚喜。 接著送來是握壽司有鮪魚和旗魚以及一個花壽司,握壽司有用鮭魚卵和魚子點綴好吃而花壽司調味之前比較少吃到但搭配起來還不錯。 味噌湯鹹度有調整過不會像日本偏鹹,湯裡有很多魚肉是碗誠意滿滿的湯。 最後上的水果擺盤不錯方便食用。 牛肉毛毛蟲壽司上桌時蠻吸睛的,食材有酪梨、牛肉和類似美乃滋的醬料搭配起來個人覺得還不錯。 炸蝦天婦羅除了炸得酥脆的外衣外、蝦肉熟度控制不錯沾上醬汁好吃,旁邊還有糯米椒和地瓜也是炸的不錯熟度控制不錯。 海膽手卷為時價、剛聽到價格是偏高些,但海膽入口後完全沒有腥味新鮮而且質地緊實綿密是值得一試,只是價格偏高淺嚐即可。 整體餐點我們大家都很滿意,套餐還有其它不...

[餐點] 7.5分 今天是兩年後的二訪,餐點的美味程度相較於兩年前下降了許多。無論是今天新點的菜色或是與兩年前點的相同菜色,都顯得平庸。印象比較深刻的是「酥炸中卷」過硬,「鯖魚起司釜燒飯」索然無味,炸物與烤物搭配的胡椒鹽,沒有兩年前使用的芥末胡椒鹽來得出色,其他菜色的表現則是令人沒有記憶點。
