This popular buffet is much more quantity over quality. But the service was good and there is a good range of dishes. There is some seafood (crabs, scallops and sashimi), but the quality was very mixed and unusually I didn’t go back for seconds after taking some sashimi.
It’s probably the most local style buffet I’ve been to and many people will enjoy that kind of flavor. If you’re more of a fine-dining foodie then this probably isn’t the place for you.
I’m not sure what to say about the decor and atmosphere. I really don’t think that so many items needed to have a big photograph of the food with the label next to them and with the addition of random decor (metal giraffe with clothes and a the ukulele) overall impression is messy and chaotic.
The rapid jazz music reminded me of the music that fast food places use to encourage people to leave quickly.
🍨To be honest the thing that stood out was the choice of ice cream 20+ different flavors and three brands including a 12 Haagen Daz flavors.
🍻Drinks - the have Asahi Extra Dry on tap and included in the price along with quite a selection of soft drinks and some surprisingly nice coffee🍺

Read more113/10趁著生日月眾多餐廳給優惠,今天天氣宜人帶著家人說吃就吃囉! 今天是平日午餐,久違的食譜自助百匯還是甜點吸引我 😆 簡單說自己的用餐感受: 以午餐價錢來說今天的餐食是符合呢!但炸物的麵皮還是覺得比食材主體厚實,建議其實可以小小修正....還有那個片鴨是事先包好然後有需求才從保溫盤中拿給顧客,覺得餅皮失去了原有的口感且裡面的鴨肉給的不夠大氣,幾乎是吃鴨皮(沒拍到照片,我之後改進)冰品依然沒有莫凡彼...(我期待莫凡彼回歸) 值得一提是,但很感動今天在a區服務的張先生,真的是親力親為,從進場用餐到離開,張先生都是彎著腰和每桌的用餐人問候和介紹,很謝謝張先生的熱忱,芙洛麗有您在真的加分很多,謝謝。 另外,也謝謝在櫃檯的陳小姐面對顧客結帳的嚴肅(也許是我打擾到她...如果是我打擾到我道歉囉,但我只是想結帳)或許像這樣有高度的飯店都需要專業級嚴肅的小姐來當門面?對比內場服務的張先生親切像家人,真是大反差呢 😅
更新一下~ 111.09.12 今天意外接到飯店主管來電關心,主管很耐心去了解當天讓我用餐不愉快原因,先謝謝馮經理(聲音很甜美親切)以及飯店對於這類事情的處理方式,讓我覺得就算是一般民眾小小心聲,也有被正視的感覺,真的很加分💯。 對於中秋當日用餐的情形,聽完經理的說明之後,知道做服務業面對的各種狀況,理解人非聖賢,不可能面面俱到,尤其當日用餐人數爆滿,難免會有不周到之處,我接受餐廳的抱歉,我也謝謝餐廳包容我的抱怨 😊。以後我還是會繼續到芙洛麗用餐,畢竟服務態度、用餐環境、停車場以及部分餐點真的很棒!! 當然這不是商業文喔!而是感受到芙洛麗真心有把每個用餐客人放在心上,謝謝芙洛麗及馮經理,很感動 🥰
111.9 .10今年逢年過節用餐幾乎都來這,中秋也不例外,但也許是有活動折扣關係,菜色不如之前多元豐富(也許一分錢一分貨原理),也可能因為用餐人數過多,很多菜色口感水準及部分服務人員態度比以往遜色(純屬個人觀感心得,不代表所有人,勿網搜筆戰,感恩)。 先說菜色,鐵板區的干貝,煎的太硬完全是Q硬無法咬,可能是煎完後就堆疊在鐵板上保溫(懷疑是自己牙齒不好),鐵板區的師傅態度也滿讓我不知所措,能夠了解一次只能取2顆但感覺是我在乞討...所以只拿了一次就不想再拿了。 炸物燒烤區有些菜色是我每次去都被秒殺看不到菜只看到空盤的尷尬區域,知道該區師傅都積極補菜,但建議還是要重新規劃改善,不然只有2小時誒,我想吃到菜不是只看到空盤... 再來是結帳,從開始用餐大約20分鐘就來逐桌結帳,但每次真的是每次,從交出現金或信用卡後,就要等約30~40分鐘才會交還發票及信用卡,問過後是全部收齊在回櫃檯一起處理,但建議訂收齊幾桌後就一起處理一次,可減少客戶等待時間也可降低櫃檯錯誤率?...
