空ㄟ農場（勿自行開車/騎車/步行上山，請搭乘接駁車） — Restaurant in Jiaoxi Township

My sister in law picked this place for my nephew’s birthday. He really likes pizza and fries. Big surprise because he’s a toddler. Every kid I know loves pizza and fries.

So when we arrived at the waiting area it was just gravel and dirt all around us. Then all of a sudden there’s these 2 vans that apparently go up and down the mountain. Nobody is supposed to drive up that mountain because it is SO TIGHT and NARROW. It just felt so shady in the beginning lol. Hey come on I’m a tourist on vacation.

Each van fits 9 people. They got cb radios to keep in touch. Once you reach the top that’s where the magic happens. Upon entering there are many dogs at the front napping. Apparently if you bring your dog or cat they can make a meal for them too?

Then we entered the restaurant and OMG… There’s a 180 degree view and it is stunningly beautiful! It was a full moon that day too. At the end of the restaurant there’s a huge tree with tiki lights. It’s gorgeous. It’s a great place for a date or special occasion.

We ordered a margarita pizza and a chicken bacon pizza. Both artisanal pizzas were done well. Pretty legit. The fries were crispy and not oily. And the lasagna was good. Our family had a wonderful time and the pictures looked amazing! I didn’t know there was a spot like this in Taiwan. It really reminded me of Vancouver bc Canada.

Coming down the hill you’re gonna wanna hold on to your seat haha. Going up was easier...

This place is basically the ultimate scenic restaurant. The design is beautiful, the views are amazing, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch! 🍽️🌄 I recommend coming on a weekday because it's usually packed on weekends, and you'll have to wait in line to get up here. When it's crowded, it's hard to take good photos and enjoy yourself. 📸

We didn't have to wait at all this time and got straight on the shuttle bus, which was awesome! 🚌 We were seated by the edge, with a perfect view of the night scenery. It was absolutely stunning. Since it's not super high up, you can see all the building lights, roads, and cars clearly. It's really impressive. They also have their own little light decorations, creating a great atmosphere with some chill music playing. It's such a relaxing spot. 🎶🌃

We ordered pizza, chicken wings, and fries. Highly recommend the fried stuff – the fries were super hot and crispy. 🍟🔥 We thought a big plate would be too much for four people, but we totally underestimated it and finished everything quickly. The chicken wings were also really good – not too much sauce and nice and crispy. Super nice place. Great atmosphere and view. There is private parking from the restaurant down the mountain. Don’t drive up the mountain coz it’s not possible to drive up yourself. They have arranged cars to drive you up. After arrive at the restaurant you will be queue outside and they will arrange seats for you. They will ask if you prefer inside or outside but once you have chosen your seat you can’t change the table. Dining time is 1.5hrs. Food arrives super fast, in 10mins and your pizza is ready. They will even offer to reheat your pizza for you is it get cold because of the cold weather so I think that’s a plus for the service. When you ask the staff to help you take photos they will even try to help you take different angles. Pizza was good and so is the other food, I just didn’t like the 橙檸向日葵花 tea. It taste like medicine🤢. After your dining time is up, they will tell you there is a second deck where you can take more photos or spend more time there. The price is abit more on the pricier side if you are spending in Taiwan but i think it’s reasonable because of the service...
