Randomly found this nice place around our 民宿. And glad that the place is not fully occupied since it’s a Thursday night.

Overall, the Sashimi is fresh and good. Value for money. NT270 - 4/5 stars

The fried oyster is good! NT180 - 4.5/5 stars

The beef rib don (rice bowl) NT300 - 4/5 stars — maybe not to my liking or I’m too tired as the taste seems like a bit too burnt.

The seafood udon NT180 - 4.5/5 stars - soup is tasty and seafood is fresh. Can try.

The pork belly don (rice bowl) NT190 - 4/5stars - value for money.

Kirin Beer (never go wrong) NT100 - 5/5 stars - One big Bottle! :)

Service is normal or below average as maybe they dun like tourist who cannot speak good Mandarin or uncle not handsome. Haha.

Restaurant ambience is good. Very typical Japanese Restaurant.

Would recommend this restaurant but do bring cash as they only accept cash like many place in Taiwan. (Minus 1 star) And check if they are opened or...

First off, the food and environment were great, but I was unpleasantly surprised by how poor the service was from the waitress, especially considering the phenomenal service in Taiwan. I don't know if she was new or just didn't know what was going on, but getting her attention was a chore, the sushi chef was calling out to her that the customer is trying to get her attention twice, she ended up ignoring both me and the chef.

Also made some really questionable seating positions, not sure if it was restaurant policy or what not.

Ruined a perfectly good meal, as good as the food and atmosphere is, probably would...

先日、宜蘭礁溪にある「日嚐こんばんは」というお店を訪れました。このお店は寿司、串焼き、居酒屋スタイルの日本料理を楽しめる場所で、独特な雰囲気と食文化の融合が印象的でした。

串焼きもまた見逃せません。台湾特有のハーブやスパイスを使用した鶏肉の串焼きは、香ばしくジューシーで、どこか懐かしさを感じさせる味わいでした。そして、居酒屋メニューの「台湾風おでん」も非常にユニークで、出汁に台湾の香りが加わり、日本と台湾の調和を見事に体現していました。

お店の雰囲気はとても温かく、スタッフのサービスも心地よいものでした。店内は台湾の地元素材を取り入れた装飾と、日本の伝統的なデザインが融合した空間で、異国にいながらもどこか親しみを感じることができます。

なお、日本の方に向けた味覚のアドバイスとして、このお店の料理は全体的に味付けがやや濃いめです。特に関西や四国など、普段薄味を好まれる地域の方は少し驚かれるかもしれません。台湾の特有の調味料が使われているため、事前に店員さんにリクエストを伝えると安心して楽しめると思います。
