I recently visited this Hakka restaurant in Kaohsiung, for the third time in two years, and it remains my favorite go-to spot in the city. The fried chicken skin continues to impress-thin, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. The cabbage with Sakura shrimp was delicious, with a pleasant natural sweetness and a light touch of salt. The fried rice with shrimp was also cooked just right and not overly greasy. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, making this a my fav choice for Hakka and Cantonese home-style cooking in a welcoming setting. The food prep takes longer but...

googleマップで検索し、客家菜とも粤菜とも書いてあり、他の方のレビューにも日本人の口に合うとありましたので、夜に行ってみることにしました。

早い時間で先客も少なく、問題なく座れました。 メニュー見てたんですが、日本人とわかると日本語のメニューを持ってきてくれました、金額も書いてあるともっと良かったんですが。

お店には日本語を話す小姐がいて安心。

とりあえず気になったものを何点が頼んでみましたが、1品の量が結構あり、大人なら人数分+白米で様子見るぐらいでいいんじゃないでしょうか。我々頼み過ぎで食べ過ぎました。

確かに他の方のレビュー通り日本人の口に合う中国料理という感じで、頼んだ炒め物とスープは美味しかったです。あと1品煮魚(タラ)を頼みましたが、これは少々あっさりし過ぎで合いませんでした。

店の看板の大根料理、揚げ大根餅なんでしょうかね、これは看板だけあって大変美味しい、酒のアテに最高だと思います。飲みはしませんでしたが。つけダレにパクチー入っておりダメな人は入っていないタレをもらって下さい。
