步道咖啡館Cafe Strada — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

I usually like my fruit sandwich and coffee here. However, they changed the coffee beans recently, so, the latte is not as good as before. Today, we came here for breakfast again. We have been waiting for our food more than a half of hour. I can understand there are many to go orders. However, there were two young guy just walked in and ordered their breakfast. Within 5 minutes, they got their breakfast. Then I realized that they totally forgot about us. So, I reminded them, then, they delivered wrong sandwich to us. Finally, they delivered our breakfast. The service and the atmosphere is good. But have to make reservation in advance to avoid the crowds. I ordered brownies(with ice cream on top of it ) and affogato. The desserts were a little bit disappointing. The ice cream was simply bought from some wholesale store and had nothing to do with gelato, and espresso was already poured into it-it should be served in a little glass beside gelato, and let the customer taste the favour of espresso first then add as much into the gelato as they like. Had Tagliatelle with bacon and cream sauce, Tiramisu. I think pumpkin soup came as a set? but anyways the soup was served first and it was creamy and comforting. The pasta tasted bomb dot com. the tiramisu was nice and strong. i could really taste all the flavor and i know for sure this place is famous for their tiramisu. i think the dessert balances the creamy pasta. price was reasonable, location is near MRT station. i would definitely come back to...
