Back again - mostly because it's across from a Christian bookstore we go to. Still about the same Jialliang is way too hard and they add small shrimp to the rice skin so didn't finish. Specialty chasiewbow was good; fupaygoon was good. Hasiewmai also not too bad. Service still decent Noise level still loud - hard to hear the other person. Service was above average - a waitress offered to help my wife to get sauce at the sauce station since she is handicapped. Atmosphere is HK style - and noisy. About 80% full. I always forget to take a picture before we start eating! Anyway. HK style restaurant. They have zhaleung rice noodle wrapped around a oil stick of bread. Wife’s HK’er. She says it’s okay, not good. Read more吃過兩次,價格約450~850/人 ,看似稍貴不過港點本來就不太便宜,我感覺這個港點的味道和用料品質等方面來看還算是對的起價格的 東西用料大都很飽滿 尤其蝦子類可以吃到和別家不同的豐富度 還有酥皮叉燒包和燒賣類也都算可以推薦的四顆星等級味道了 ,綜上,真的有不少菜味道品質也都讓我很喜歡(下有詳述推薦菜色及味道) 。一個優點是菜單品項多樣 豐富 粵菜港點品類選擇算多 ,還有好幾道我覺得很有趣但沒試過的東西 食物多樣性上會讓我持續回訪的店。 但是還是要說如果你比較會在意下列問題來訪前要考慮一下喔 ,現場整體氛圍 服務態度 點餐及上菜流程方面等等感覺也很"香港"如果你把評論排序轉到最低分開始可以看到大量低分評論其實是各式流程問題,我的經驗每次的確都可以感受到為什麼評論有這個現象,很能理解那些評論的觀點,來這裡真的不能期待好的隱私、好的聊天環境、桌子距離、好的服務以及好的送餐及點餐流程之類的餐廳氣氛和服務流程的確屬於比較混雜的 例如運氣不好的話可能會送餐第一道和最後一道上菜時間差是40分鐘並且道道都相隔五分鐘 吃飯快的人會吃完一點上一點又吃一點導致吃的卡卡的不過癮,整體服務真的是香港風格哈哈。
它們家招牌推薦的也是個人滿推薦的 酥皮叉燒包,外皮是酥酥鬆鬆熱熱的口感和微甜的奶酥味,配上鹹鹹的叉燒餡料真的滿好吃的,一份三個大小都不小100元/份很值得試試看。
蝦餃 和燒賣,流沙包經典品項 我去港點店必點的來這邊兩次味道都有保持水準之上,燒賣類不要點一些奇特的大都是70~80/三顆 ,用料不錯 大小 比較推蟹肉燒賣的蟹肉很大 燒賣肉餡的蝦仁豬肉做出的那種QQ感很足,味道也算好 推薦,蝦餃部份120/三顆算是菜單中較貴的餃類了不過咬下去吃得到餡料和便宜蝦餃有明顯的差別蝦仁使用份量非常多所以Q彈度和鮮甜度都很高 我覺得算此處必點料理之˙一,流沙包裡面流沙程度夠 味道就是那個經典的油脂+鹹蛋黃+糖的甜甜流沙味道 ,整體中規中矩的好吃流沙 還有芋泥流沙做出市場區隔令我很有興趣下次要點點看。
蘿蔔絲酸餅裡面名副其實是一絲絲的蘿蔔絲,不是有煮透的那種蘿蔔絲 是有點像牛蒡口感還很有纖維感的蘿蔔絲,滿奇特的 我個人覺得還可以 稍偏油 算是比較少港點店有的港點沒吃過的不妨試試。
葡式焗蛋塔:我嚴重懷疑我點的這個還差個五分鐘才烤好 ,外皮咬下還有一點點生粉口感 不過也是酥的,裡面不是所謂綿密融化感之類的了簡直就是半液態了 超級極致融化感 ,其實雖然說熟的蛋塔很好吃但是這樣稍微UNDERCOOK的蛋塔也有令一種好吃ㄟ 我個人覺得滿有意思的但不確定是不是常態就是了 也有可能它們就是故意追求這種口感 下次再點來確認一次看看 特別 ...
