This place serves some of the best ramen in the city. it's truly unique and has a subtle attention to detail and flavour. You can see the picture I've uploaded with pink chicken. It is a bit alarming as pink color on chicken is a sure warning sign of undercooked chicken. The chef however has it reassured me that using the sous-vide slow cook method the chicken has been pasteurized properly and it safe to eat. This pink color happens when chicken is sous vide at 65°.
