Their low, and mixed rating is accurate. Food is fresh, but hit/miss. Their sashimi was sliced too thickly, and wasn’t as enjoyable as we hoped. Reminded me that it was a big chunk of raw fish in my mouth.
To order sashimi, you’d need to collect a number from the ticket dispenser machine, and wait for it to be called. As long as you’ve collected a number, you’ll be able to purchase sashimi. We arrived ~320am, and managed to order at 430am. Numbers stop being dispensed at 4am.
While waiting for our number, we ordered donburi setA, 300NTD, and fresh fish soup, 80NTD. There were no queues for cooked food, and was served very quickly.
🍣 SetA: There was sweet shrimp, salmon, ikura, some white fish, and abalone. Taiwanese donburis are served wish pickled vegetables and black beans which I’ve not seen elsewhere. Alright, average. 🥣 Fresh fish soup: A clean tasting soup, almost as if they threw the fish in water with some ginger, and spring onions. However, the chunks of fish in our fish was delicious. Fatty, and melts in your mouth. Pity there were bones.
🐟 Sashimi: Sweet shrimp (9/10, 30NTD), Scallops (8/10 80NTD), Salmon belly (8/10, 60NTD), definitely yummier than the salmon (7/10, 50NTD). Tuna (6/10, 60NTD) only akami was available. Uni was not very fresh and slightly bitter (4/10, 130NTD). *Prices listed by serving. Also, for takeaway, sashimi is not packed with ice so eat up quickly!

The mackerel fish roe is incredible. They also have kampachi, swordfish, milkfish, sweet shrimp, and many more options.
Be prepared to wait, as there’s only one chef preparing the sashimi. This is a market stall, so don’t expect a restaurant setting, you’ll need to handle most things yourself.
If you’re looking for a more refined experience with plated presentation and table service, head to a Japanese sushi restaurant instead.

Read more上個星期放假,跟朋友半夜殺來這裡吃了一次以後,覺得基隆人好幸福,可以吃到那麼好吃的生魚片。
喜歡吃生魚片的人,有機會一定要到基隆的「朱添鮮魚號」吃看看,這家的生魚片真的很新鮮又很好吃。我們凌晨12點多來到基隆開始排隊。大約等接近一個小時,才輪到我。吃完後真的太驚豔了,這裡的生魚片好新鮮、好好吃。
朱添鮮魚號位於愛四路仁愛市場外,開業至今已經30年。朱添鮮魚號的旁邊就是基隆有名的崁仔頂漁市,營業時間從晚上6點到凌晨4點。
朱添鮮魚號內用的桌椅就在騎樓下,就像路邊攤一般,不介意用餐環境的,歡迎來這裡大啖美味生魚片。
這裡是自助式,點生魚片要拿號碼牌排隊,壽司類就直接拿菜單點了交給櫃台。師傅是現點現切生魚片,點好後到旁邊的櫃台點生魚片以外的東西及付錢,拿到餐點後自行取餐具和找座位。
朱添鮮魚號主要販售的有生魚片、握壽司、軍艦壽司、海鮮丼飯、味噌湯、各式小菜。
價格的部分,生魚片、握壽司每日的價格都不同。店家會在FB更新。生魚片是以兩計價,握壽司和軍艦壽司是以一貫計價,價目表寫在攤子上的白板。
生魚片的種類很多喔! 尤其有些魚都有分成肉和腹,像是紅甘肉、紅甘腹,鮭魚肉、鮭魚腹,等等等。魚看起來都好新鮮啊! 全部都是現點現切。
好不容易終於輪到我向裡面的師傅點餐囉! 第一次來,就目標明確的跟師傅點了紅甘,海鱺,干貝,甜蝦,每一種點一兩,因為是秤重的,不可能這麼準確,師傅說只能盡量。櫃台旁有餐具、醬油、芥末都要自取。
食物拿到手,就興沖沖的飛車回去民宿。清酒也預備好了,第一口紅甘一入口,天啊~~ 我朋友本來睡眼惺忪的,立馬醒來:怎麼那麼好吃? 你怎麼買那麼少? 。。。我的錯咯~ 呼吸中 嘴巴和鼻子都帶有紅甘的香氣,很厲害!
接著清酒洗洗嘴巴,再加一片海鱺,那種脆口甜!像話嗎?含著眼淚再來一口清酒,怎麼那麼搭?一口甜蝦,甜甜甜! 就是甜啊~ 感動的多喝了一口。最後提起勇氣吃了一口干貝,啊~~~~~ 兩人站起來干貝,豎起拇指公認今天第一名非他莫屬!
這是什麼宵夜啊~ 我們很不捨得的慢慢吃,慢慢喝。在捨不得,也把他們消滅乾淨。只能很落寞的喝著清酒,陪著嘴巴裡殘餘的香氣。
真的有經過基隆,這絕對是可以特別為了他繞路也願意過去吃的餐廳。
兩個星期以後,實在太想念,殺到基隆住一晚,就是因為念念不忘生魚片的新鮮好滋味。這次皇天不負有心人,我們終於吃到黑鮪魚腹肉!+海膽+鰈魚+旗魚。這次我們把干貝+鰈魚一半拿來炙燒。等了1個半小時,到手了我們就興沖沖的飛奔回飯店。
我們很有儀式感的先洗了澡,把生魚片拍美美的在地板上。冰好的清酒🍶也拿出來,大家坐好好了,互相看一眼:開動吧!
我只能說炙燒過的生魚片,有碳香氣,更上一層樓。黑鮪魚腹肉:大家吃了第一口眼淚都要流出來了。怎麼會有那麼好吃的魚?吞下去以後,嘴巴呵呵氣,那個魚香氣,充滿了整張嘴和鼻腔。朋友很懊惱的幹了一杯清酒嘆息到:怎麼辦?回去台北還怎麼吃生魚片?這個黑鮪魚腹肉,唉~~~~
