天一香肉焿順 — Restaurant in Keelung

Among all of the pork braised rice that I’ve tried, this store in Miaokou night market is the best and always delivers with their quality. The braised fatty pork just melts in your mouth and is very flavorful and savory, with a hint of sweetness. If I had nothing else to do during those days, I could probably eat more than 2-3 bowls.

For any foreign travelers id recommend the pork braised rice with some tofu and marinated braised eggs. The food was relatively cheap at around 20-50NTD.

Very basic and ordinary lu rou fan but taste is acceptable. Meat soup was quite interesting texture but i found it too chewy. Cant really taste the meat. Not sure if its supposed to be like that. Braised tofu was good.
