Super yummy old school hotpot. The mala flavour soup is not oily and full of Chinese herbal ingredients. The duck blood and tofu is free flow too. They even top up more duck blood and tofu when you takeaway the soup at the end of the meal. The meatballs here (squid, prawn, pork) are must-order items. They are handmade and come with huge juicy chunks of meat in it. My go-to everytime when I am...

趁著天氣涼爽興緻勃勃的去了小有名氣在八德路四段的吳記麻辣火鍋店，因ㄧ早5:30就抵達（有訂位）店內空無一人，而老板娘確給我們最小的桌子說其他都有人訂了，後來確定我們不會座太久而給了像樣一點的四人位，自吹食材純正嗑意貶低其他火鍋同業用化學調味料（俺只有聽教）而後兩人鴛鴦鍋額外再加一百（不知道為何？）看到我們兩個人點菜爽快後格外熱情（看到兩個盤啊），買單時發現驚訝的（$4335/2人）通常我基本不太看單的人，但整天外食ㄧ看就覺得帳單不對，經再三加減後居然可以差到$500多（那還沒仔細看每道菜）？經與她查詢後她確說另外要加一成服務費（老實說我吃那麼多家麻辣鍋從沒聽過硬性規定10%服務費？不知道他們有什麼服務除了加湯，服務好我們在國外至少是15%）而且帳單或點單上都無說明要外加服務費10%（當我們再三記算帳單時老板娘像是做了錯事的小孩在櫃檯後偷偷盯著我應該是想如何解釋）跟我的解釋更是皮厚的逗不攏總數（幾百塊台幣都馬扁）真是替台灣人丟臉，她所為她的唯一純正湯底無添加物也是一般般麻辣辣而不麻酸菜鍋酸而不鮮實無好推薦的，臨走時7:30pm.也沒座滿她所謂的訂位已滿（至少在我們後進來至少兩桌是無訂位的），如此不老實的手法欺騙客人再好吃我也不會向朋友推薦本人更不會再去，如果朋友們光臨吳記麻辣鍋一定要注意買單以防無預警的surprised charges!...

從日本玩回來好懷念家鄉味，就好想吃麻辣火鍋，就在我生日那天去吃了麻辣火鍋～～～吳記（我自己找的）。

開了40多年，湯頭真的是像老闆娘說的沒➕味精（因爲隔天起來都不會感到口乾舌燥），湯頭很溫和。

老闆娘是貴婦型的，會親自服務，很喜歡聽甜的話😂⋯⋯

點的料，有些需要煮久一點的，會直接放入料裡面，所以基本上…..例如我們點的牛筋（入口即化）、牛百葉、丸子等……（如果不想直接放進去，可能需要另外說吧⋯⋯第一次不曉得）。

他們家的沙茶醬很特別，但是他們家的招牌單點，我覺得不要沾醬就吃原味，就很能吃到原味（新鮮，其實我覺得根本都不需要沾醬，湯頭夠好）….我是愛沾醬一族的，害我都覺得浪費他們家的醬料了😮‍💨……

雖然評論有說進去會有一股酸味，可能是他們有酸菜鍋底的。但他們家的火鍋&料一端出來，就聞不到那個味了。

吃完後，出門口衣服也沒有酸味。

那湯頭、蝦丸真的是讚不絕口，果然是鎮店之寶，但我個人覺得其實還有很多是鎮店之寶，不然不會開了40多年😊。

看留言，很多都是針對這家店的酸味⋯⋯但可以經營到40多年的店，我覺得值得我去吃一下⋯⋯
