食材與料理技術的好，入口瞬間就能體會。點了煎煮炒炸各種菜，每種技術都很好。可以十足鍋氣，但以不搶原味的原則，收放自如的釋放對應的鍋氣，很美味。 煎魚有很準確的油溫變化控制，表皮金黃薄酥乾爽，魚肉軟嫩多汁，不留油味，雖然今天[]，但還是很好吃。 煎蚵仔蛋，泡泡蛋香十足，金黃酥香不吃油，蚵仔又能水嫩，很好吃。 炸透抽，炒辛香料十足鍋氣但沒有半點焦苦，入口有麵衣微甜乾爽，有透抽嫩彈保水，有回沖的辛香鍋氣，很好吃。 味增魚湯，大塊切魚也能新鮮甘甜，淡淡板豆腐香蔥香，頂到剛好的味增旨味，很好喝。 海鮮炒麵，以鍋氣鎖定口感的各種炒料，醬汁調味口感輕盈，麵條適當的彈性，很好吃。

Came here for lunch with friends before heading back to the State. I must say this place really completed our Taiwan trip. The food is so fresh and well prepared, and the service was impeccable. It’s a family own business, and they really took the customers to heart. From explaining the menu to table visits, it’s a true 5 star experience. Reservation is recommended...

昨晚第一次到鮮魚店用餐3大2小 生意很好人很多 我們順位3號也順利安排到2樓29桌 上樓後隔壁28桌(比我們前一組上樓的母女3人) 她們要點餐樓上店員說沒菜單要她們自己下樓點餐 媽媽就有點火大說是樓下說上樓點餐 然後現在又叫我們下樓點餐 店員說～啊～現在很忙就沒有菜單啊！ ㄚ～對不起好不好～麻煩您們下樓點餐 後來女兒們就下樓點餐～2碗透抽米粉湯 我也跟著下去等ㄤ進來一起點餐 然後我們點了～透抽米粉湯 海鮮炒麵 蛤蠣絲瓜 蚵仔蛋煎 白飯+1 我說先這樣，等等上去討論一下再加點 點菜阿姨就說ㄚ～你們5個人一定不夠啦(碎碎唸) 我就再說一次～我們等等會再加點 然後一上樓就被要求換位置到1樓 孩子爸、阿姨、女兒先下樓 兒子&我在整理東西 新的客人7人就很急的坐下 （我整個有不爽～急什麼？) 後來一下樓看到4人桌的位子在門口 而且只有3張椅子？？？沒補椅子 而且靠牆的隔壁桌已經坐到5人 就是側邊也坐人了， 我們靠門口的側邊是無法加人 會擋到出入口大門 我去問櫃檯～請問是這個位子嗎？ 我們有3大2小 櫃檯問～是誰叫你們換位置 我說樓上服務員啊！ 然後櫃檯馬上問樓下安排座位的男生 （應該是老闆兒子） 誰要29桌下樓的啊 那個男生笑笑的說沒有啊 我沒有啊～應該是別人啊 媽的～我再點完餐上樓 就聽到你在問29桌有坐人嗎？ 然後你現在說你沒有通知樓上服務員要我們換下來 所以是魔神仔通知樓上服務員嗎？ 然後那個男的就一直笑著說沒有啊 完全沒表示要處理 然後我ㄤ說算了不要吃了！ 他笑得更燦爛～說不好意思 我整個覺得店家根本完全沒有要處理啊？ 嫌我們點點少～就出招？？？ 所以生意好就可以這樣喔！😡😱😫
