Attitude of the girl who works there is so nasty!! She should be FIRED!!!!

I am of a Taiwanese descent who was born and lived overseas all my life. My mandarin is very poor and I cannot read it. Usually I order on the machines, but it was not working today. This girl gave me so much attitude, because she probably thought I was not from this country, and could not name the burgers in Mandarin. I really was appalled by it and had to raise my voice at her. One of the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The burgers were badly put together and the fries were over cooked. I ordered fried chicken drumsticks, but got drumettes instead! You are 100% better...

去臺安醫院體檢完拿券到對面漢堡王兌換用餐 櫃檯男服務人員態度感覺稍不佳 券給他就只問牛還雞 因為臺安醫院的兌換卷上面有ABC三種餐 已經心裡想好要選擇的餐 一下子沒有反應過來，他也沒有先做解釋，只是連續有點不耐煩的問牛還雞三次 才說券上面印的已經很舊了，沒有那些餐 如果是因為很多人都有詢問而覺得一直解釋很麻煩 為什麼不乾脆直接做一張告示放在櫃檯明顯處呢？ 另外可能人手不太足 感覺出餐稍微有點慢 1樓的櫃檯感覺要點餐的時候，他們都比較希望客戶去自助點餐 這也是OK， 但是等餐的時候看到另外一個男客人站在櫃檯前非常久，也沒有人要跟他講一句稍候一下 看他至少在櫃檯前站了3至5分鐘左右才有人跟他講說麻煩你去用後面的自助點餐機點比較快，客人轉身就推門走了 再來 2樓的環境看到地上有很多掉落的菜渣 回收台上面的杯子也已經疊得快沒地方放了 中午時間這樣的人力感覺不是很充足

店鋪動線我覺得還不錯呀… 一進入店內即有指示牌指示 現場點餐由左排隊 網路預定則從右邊進入櫃檯 右側則是通往二樓的用餐空間 二樓的座位不算少 環境也滿舒適的！ 廁所也滿乾淨的 👍 餐點部分 十分滿意！ 華堡 很大一個 約整個手掌大 裡面牛肉片與滿滿的蔬菜 吃起來十分過癮！ 薯條非常好吃！！ 薯條比麥當勞粗 是類似摩斯的那種薯條 摩斯的薯條是十足的馬鈴薯原味 而漢堡王的薯條 則是在這基礎上 更加的有味道一些 調味上我覺得十分剛好！ 搭配些許番茄醬 十分對味 非常推薦！ 薯球的部分 我覺得一般好吃 不會太突出但也不會不好吃！ 洋蔥圈 很推薦！ 洋蔥的香氣 與外皮書脆的口感與鹹香的味道 美味！ 雞塊 還不錯 即使放冷了也好吃！而且價格實惠！ 官方網站上定期有優惠卷可以使用 還蠻不錯的！
