Peaceful SPA music plus staff SHOUTING out order numbers almost as loudly as they can. They used to only use vibrating widgets to let customers know when their order was ready but they've taken up shouting instead. I ordered in Chinese. The cashier gestured towards a machine, saying that it has English then said "算了" and reluctantly took my order. He reached for a cardboard cup without asking even though my order was "eat in". I had to insist on a non-disposable china cup to get one. They don't like having to wash dishes, it seems. All the other customers were sitting drinking from cardboard cups with plastic lids - come on! 🙄. The hot latté was good. The sandwich not so good. Overall a pretty piss poor experience. Update: revised to 1 star. No improvement. Staff impatient. Forced to order at the machine (which does NOT have complete English). Beef panini meat was tough to chew through. Staff think that adding "不好意思" to the end of their rapid fire impatience makes it pollite. It...

LOUSY SVC. Cashier sigh loudly and look at me rudely when i order in english. The long hair guy seriously needs to get sacked.

I ordered a chocolate frappe. He sighned loudly and gave me a super rude look. Forget it i close 1 eye. 2nd time i ordered latte. He sighed LOUDLY again. I asked him what is he so unhappy with? If he dont wish to receive orders in english he shouldnt even be working in this kind of cafe.

To the management. Please look at your cctv on 8 feb in the morning about 10+am. The rudeness from your staff will shock your team and...

English!” It’s self checkout, English is okay but too many steps and payment is by old phone that don’t work. I feel bad for the staff they seem too busy and no help. Crowded and noisy, what a shame. I ordered large Latte. Don’t recommend here if you are the person who like to see the coffee art in your coffee. They make coffee and ok service, but the techniques of making coffee are average, not Barista level. The coffee flavour is not bad. By the way, they will ask you to use QR code order drink/food, pick up at counter yourself.
