上泓園川燙牛肉麵 — Restaurant in Taichung

As a big fan of Taiwanese beef soup noodle, the one in Taipei airport was so terrible and I almost stopp to try more. But I've found here by Google, and was a one of best choice. Clean and deep soup with no bad smell is make my bowl clean. And thin noodlea add better taste. Highly recommended.

But, no credit card and no reciept. This is the only weird part for biz...

經過昨天的錯失良機（店家提前完售），不想就這麼放過這碗麵的我達成目標了！

This is the 1st store for my dinner hunting last night, I JUST CAN'T LET IT GO.

這碗麵是在德國聽說的，店家的確非常用心，大腸頭鮮爽滑嫩，下方大量洋蔥絲也事先處理完全無辛辣味

Heard it while I was in Dusseldorf, indeed a very special dining experience with table service procided, you can feel that all the materials got prepared carefully for better tastes.

現燙當天溫體牛肉桌邊服務直接高湯川燙，麵條類似日本拉麵口感，湯頭帶有中藥風味但不苦口

They got the beef directly from the butcher every morning, using self made broth to pour on the sliced beef in front of you. Noodles tastes like Japanese Ramen, while you could get the Chinese herb flavor from the broth.

今天改運的我不但來的時候沒有排隊，坐下來沒五分鐘身邊就站滿人了

The lucky me didn't have to queue today, just after my sitting down for 5 mins there started to get coming ones waiting in line...

要說缺點的話.... 我對某種添加物過敏，所以吃到口就有感了

The only negative thing is, I am allergic to some additive which is not healthy, thus sensed it...

Cosy place with seating in the back. The beef noodles were amazing and had clear broth. Chef and service were all very nice too! Definitely recommend,...
