Ramen Restaurant: Update:
Summary - One of the few restaurants in the city that has actually improved over the years, providing a pleasant Ramen Experience.
The Pros - Good, rich broth over juicy meats, especially the miso ramen. Prices are very reasonable. We enjoyed their shrimp croquettes.
The Cons - The service staff is not very friendly. Difficult to find parking nearby.

Read more以環境上來說,內裝簡約,不走華麗路線,卻也不失雅致,不過由於在巷子裡,比較難找,旁邊有間廟宇,加上巷弄窄小,不太好停車,幸好我今天是騎車過來。 說到服務的部份,是我給5顆星的主要原因之一;今天是第一次前往用餐,前台服務人員看我點的是小碗,還特別實際拿大小不同的碗給我看,並詳細說明份量的差異,對於第一次來店消費的人,是很親切的做法,大大加分。 但畢竟是餐飲業,如果餐點不好吃,我不會給到5顆星。我今天點的是豚骨拉麵配叉燒(可選叉燒或炸雞),麵體選擇偏硬。首先麵體的部份沒有像在日本吃到的拉麵那樣硬,大約比統一肉燥麵以95度開水沖泡2分半鐘的程度再稍微硬一點(竟然拿泡麵來比喻@@),對於一般人來說很好入口且不失嚼勁。湯頭與麵體一樣,應該有研究台灣人普遍的口味去做調整,豚骨湯頭十分濃郁,甚至帶出一點微微的稠度,卻不過鹹,一蘭拉麵的湯我喝一碗就差不多了,但這樣的湯要我喝3碗都沒問題。 叉燒小碗拉麵配了三片,尺寸有點偏小,不輕薄,稍有一些厚度,一片偏瘦,另兩片約帶百分之30至40的油花。瘦叉燒的部份口感不錯,瘦而不柴,卻帶一種奇妙的Q勁;另兩片油花較多的是我的最愛,瘦肥比例恰到好處,軟Q適中,尤其像我這種愛吃肥肉的人,甚至50%以上都是肥肉也沒關係,那種油花越嚼,油脂透過齒牙擠壓,就越兌出越多油香的滋味,不吃肥肉的朋友一定無法體會。 因為我點的是小碗,所以另外加點了一份海味鮮蝦可樂餅,建議可樂餅在一開始點餐的時候就先點,不要像我麵上桌後才又跑去加點,因為是現炸的,要等比較多時間,對於中午出來吃個午餐再回公司休息的上班族來說,時間寶貴。由於海味鮮蝦可樂餅是現炸的,上桌時十分燙口,要小心,對於像我這種貓舌的人,等它稍涼又多耗掉一些時間,但對於喜歡滾燙食物的人來說,現炸就是讚啦!因為現炸,麵衣十分酥香;裡頭的蝦子型體俱在,不是呈現蝦泥的狀態,非常彈牙。 結果我明明是個貓舌,卻一口接一口拼命吃,害我回到公司後舌頭還有吃了滾燙食物的灼燒感。不過可樂餅雖然好吃,份量卻有點小,裡頭蝦肉很多,所以我覺得有到65元的價值,但追求物超所值的朋友,在點海味鮮蝦可樂餅前要有心裡準備。 離開前,在門口碰見一位看起來像老闆的先生,還幫我開門,然後問我口味合不合適?好不好吃?我說了喜歡肥叉燒的想法,老闆還說下次來可以在點餐的時候跟他們說叉燒肥一點,真的是服務周到至無話可說。享受美食,不就是像這樣一種滿足口腹...
